CLEANSING DETOXING 7-DAY DIET
This is a very
important part towards healing and
detoxing the body…
Fresh, uncooked
or lightly steamed foods are best.
Anything that is wrapped,
baked, canned or frozen contains
preservatives and chemicals that

*Eliminate
all alcohol, drink 8 glasses of
purified or bottled water every
day to flush the Liver and the
Kidneys of toxins.
Day 1
--On
Rising-take glass of 2
tablespoons lemon juice in purified
water (never use chlorinated
tap water) with 1 teaspoon
of locally grown honey and 1
teaspoon Royal Jelly
added.
--For
Breakfast-take a glass of
carrot and beet juice with one
teaspoon

--Midmorning-have
an organic apple juice or organic
cranberry juice or a
mug of Milk Thistle Tea with honey.
--For

lemon juice dressing. Crush
a clove of garlic into the dressing.
Add avocado, shredded
ginger to taste and crumbled dry sea
vegetables and alfalfa
sprouts. Or have an open
faced pita bread wrap/sandwich with
humus,
crushed garlic and a bowl of miso
soup. (Miso soups found in
oriental section of grocery store)
Or some sliced, steamed
tofu with millet or brown rice and
Bragg's Liquid Aminos for
seasoning. OR Steamed or stir
fried vegetables over a bed
of brown rice with Braggs Liquid
Aminos for seasoning.
MIDAFTERNOON have another
carrot/beet/cucumber juice with
one tablespoon Barlean's Flax Seed
Oil and ½ teaspoon
Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid
Mineral Complex added.
Or have a large glass of BARLEY
GREEN MAGMA mixed with
purified water with the Barleans &

DINNER
have a baked red potato

soy cheese melted on top with
chopped cilantro and a chopped
spinach salad with crushed garlic

big bowl of lentil soup.
Or steamed
artichokes/asparagus/string beans
with shredded
ginger and a bowl of brown rice.
Or a Oriental stir fry
with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms,

ginger, chopped shallots and steamed
brown rice.

BEFORE
BED take a juice glass of aloe
vera juice with
Vitamin C 500 mg cap. And a fresh 6
to 8 oz. glass of
papaya juice or mango juice.

In a large pot add;
*4 carrots.
*2 red potatoes with skin

*1 onion, (quartered).

chopped).
*1/2 head red cabbage (quartered).
*1/2 bunch broccoli (cut in pieces).
*1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
*Clove garlic, crushed.
Turn burner
low and Simmer, do not boil, for 30
minutes.
Add to
blender and puree.
Have this
once a day.
Add two teaspoons Bragg's Liquid
