cleansing Diet
This Cleansing Detoxing Diet is a very
important part towards healing and detoxing the body as chemicals build
up due to the foods we eat, lotions and potions we put on our skin, air
we breathe and water we bathe in and drink.
Fresh, uncooked or lightly steamed foods are best. Anything that is
wrapped, baked, canned or frozen contains preservatives and chemicals
that insidiously build up in the body and compromise its performance
should never be eaten.
When using salt use Sea Salt only!
*No prepackaged or prepared foods -
follow this alkalizing, rebuilding diet for a month with high quality
vegetable only protein and avoid all meats, dairy or prepared foods.
Eat only fresh or fresh frozen
foods

*Eliminate all alcohol; drink 8 glasses of purified or bottled water
every day to flush the Liver and the Kidneys of toxins. No dairy
products chemical-free chicken allowed once a week after cleansing diet
but not during...
Day 1:
No solid food
the first day--On Rising-take glass of 2 tablespoons lemon
juice in purified water (never use chlorinated tap water) with 1
teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon Royal Jelly added.
--For Breakfast-take a glass of carrot and beet juice with one
teaspoon LIQUID
BALANCED MINERAL COMPLEX added and/or a bowl of Potassium Broth (recipe in
Meals that Heals enclosed). Take supplements as directed
--Midmorning-have an organic apple juice or organic cranberry
juice or a mug of Milk Thistle Tea with honey.
--For Lunch-have a glass of carrot/beet juice with one teaspoon
LIQUID MINERAL COMPLEX added. Steamed vegetables and brown rice? Take
supplements as directed
--Midafternoon-have another mug of Milk Thistle tea with honey.
--For Dinner-have another glass of apple juice and a bowl of the
Potassium Broth and a small, chopped lettuce or spinach salad with
lemon/Barlean's Flax Seed Oil dressing. Take supplements as directed
--Before bed-take another glass of lemon juice with
filtered/purified water or another mug of Milk Thistle tea with honey.
Get the flax seed oil and herb tea from a health food store.
Day
2 through 7

10 days are recommended for those who are heavy meat and dairy
consumers or eat a lot of fast or prepackaged foods.
ON RISING FROM SLEEP take 3 tablespoons cranberry concentrate
(found at your local health food store) in 8ozs purified/filtered water
with your 1
Ester C Vitamin and 1
Probiotic/Proactivator Caplet. No food for at least and hour.
Take a morning 45 minute walk or light jog.
Sun Bath -15 minutes of early morning sunshine on the naked body for
Vitamin D production, required for health rebuilding.
BREAKFAST have a glass of fresh carrot and beet/cucumber juice
with Barlean's Flax Seed Oil added and 1 teaspoon Liquid Mineral Complex
and 1 teaspoon psyllium fiber stirred thoroughly into the drink. OR
Have a whole grain muffin or two rice cakes with tahini topping. OR Have
a small bowl soy yogurt. Take 1
Probiotic/Proactivator Caplet with whatever you choose to eat.
Take supplements as directed in protocol!
MIDMORNING Have a bowl of Miracle Potassium Broth with 1
tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos added and 2 Ester C Vitamins.
LUNCH have a fresh green salad with Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and
lemon dressing. Crush a clove of garlic into the dressing. Add avocado,
shredded ginger to taste and crumbled dry sea vegetables and alfalfa
sprouts. Or have an open faced pita bread wrap/sandwich with
humus, crushed garlic and a bowl of miso soup. (Miso soups found in
oriental section of grocery store) Or some sliced, steamed tofu
with millet or brown rice and Bragg's Liquid Aminos for seasoning. OR
Steamed or stir fried vegetables over a bed of brown rice with Braggs
Liquid Aminos for seasoning. Take supplements as directed in protocol!
MIDAFTERNOON have another carrot/beet/cucumber juice with one
tablespoon Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and teaspoon Liquid Mineral Complex
added with 1 teaspoon psyllium fiber stirred thoroughly into the drink.
Or have a large glass of BARLEY GREEN MAGMA mixed with purified water
with the Barleans/Liquid Minerals/Psyllium added.
DINNER have a baked red potato with Bragg's Liquid
Aminos, soy cheese melted on top with chopped cilantro and a chopped
spinach salad with crushed garlic and Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and lemon
dressing. Or a big bowl of lentil soup Or steamed
artichokes/asparagus/string beans with shredded ginger and a bowl of
brown rice. Or a Oriental stir fry with bok choy, shiitake
mushrooms, crushed garlic, shredded ginger, chopped shallots and steamed
brown rice. Take supplements as directed in protocol!
*Eat as many raw, organic fruits and vegetables as you can.

WAYNE'S MIRACLE POTASSIUM BROTH.

For a 2-day supply.
Cover in a large soup pot:
*4 carrots.
*2 red potatoes with skin.
*1 onion, quartered.
*2 stalks celery.
*1/2 bunch parsley.
*1/2 head red cabbage.
*1/2 bunch broccoli.
* 1 large apple ? preferably red.
*Clove garlic, crushed.
*Sea Salt to taste.
Add Filtered/purified water to about an inch above veggies.
Simmer, do not boil, for 30 minutes.
Add two teaspoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos from the health food store for
seasoning.
Add to blender and puree.
Have 8 ounce cup of this once a day.

JOOK High Healing Porridge
*1 large cup Basmati rice. (Must be Basmati rice for the high
Curcumin content.)
*6 large cups of pure water (not tap water, "pure" purified/filtered
water.)
*One large clove organic garlic, crushed.
*One teaspoon finely crushed/minced ginger or one dessertspoon fresh
grated ginger.
*Finely chopped shallot onions.
*Sprig of Rosemary. (Optional).
Rinse the rice under cold running, filtered water, place in saucepan or
crockpot, add water, and bring to a slow boil.
Turn heat as low as possible cover the pot, and simmer from 1-4 hours,
depending on the consistency desired.
Jook is often cooked until it's of a porridge consistency, so add more
water if you like along the way.
Half way through the boiling exercise, stir in the crushed garlic and
the ginger.
Just before serving, stir in the finely chopped shallot onions and
chopped Rosemary herb (Optional).
I add some steamed yams and chopped Bok Choy on occasions, or steamed
and chopped Broccoli at the same time as adding the crushed Garlic.

HEALTHY MARY COCKTAIL TONIC.
For 4 drinks.
*3 cups purified or bottled water.
*2 large tomatoes.
*1 green onion with tops.
*1 slice green pepper.
*1 stalk celery.
*1/2 spring fresh parsley.
*1 tablespoon crumbled, dry sea vegetables from health food
store. Or 1 teaspoon Kelp or Dulse powder.
Put in blender and whisk for 15 seconds. Have 1 cup daily!

NON-DAIRY MORNING PROTEIN DRINK.
For 2 drinks.
*1 cup strawberries or Kiwi Fruit, sliced.
*1 banana, sliced.
*1 cup Papaya or Pineapple, chunked.
*8ozs soft tofu or 1 cup Amazake Rice Drink from health food
store.
*2 tablespoons maple syrup.
*1 cup organic apple juice.
*1 teaspoon vanilla.
*1 tablespoon toasted Wheat Germ from health food store.
*1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder.
Put in blender and whisk for 15 seconds.

INCREDIBLY HIGH-CALCIUM RICH SOUP.
*2 Quarts soy milk.
*1 Standard package of watercress or one large bunch.
*1 Large red potato with skin.
*3 Small chopped shallot onions.
*1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
*6 Vegetarian bouillon cubes.
*1 Clove garlic, crushed.
--Mince and saute the shallots in the olive oil in a large pot to
caramelize.
Add soy milk and bring to simmer, light boil.
Slice the potato and course chop the watercress.
Add the bouillon cubes.
Add potato and watercress, simmer for 15 minutes.
Puree the mixture through a food processor or blender.
Add salt, pepper and Bragg's Liquid Aminos to taste.

SHIITAKE MUSHROOM MISO SOUP.
According to Joseph Forest, food consultant and editor of Cooking
Vegetarian, the following soup is "packed with therapeutic action from
the olive oil, onions, garlic, miso and most notably, the shiitake
mushrooms." These meaty, woodsy flavored mushrooms have long been
recognized for their immunity boosting, anti-viral and anti-tumor
properties.
* lb fresh shiitake mushrooms (12 medium sized).
* tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
* 1 small onion, diced.
* 4 cloves garlic, crushed.
* teaspoon dried thyme.
* teaspoon dried marjoram.
* 4 cups purified/filtered water.
* 1 cube vegetable bouillon.
* 4 tablespoons miso paste.
* cup chopped fresh parsley.
-Remove stems from the mushrooms and clean caps with damp cloth.
(Keep the stems for stock)> Cut mushroom caps in half, and then cut into
thin strips.
-Saute the mushrooms, onions, garlic, thyme and marjoram in olive oil
over medium heat for 5 minutes, stir frequently.
-Add the water and vegetable bouillon bring to a light boil. Cover,
reduce heat and lightly simmer for 12 minutes.
-Place miso in small bowl. Add cup of soup liquid and stir until smooth.
-Take pot off heat and stir in the miso. Add parsley and adjust
seasoning.
-Heat on low/medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour into bowls and serve.
Have this at least 3 times a week. Flavor with Bragg's Liquid Aminos if
necessary.
