CLEANSING DETOXING 7-DAY DIET 

This is a very important part towards healing and detoxing the body… 

Fresh, uncooked or lightly steamed foods are best. Anything that is wrapped,
baked, canned or frozen contains preservatives and chemicals that insidiously
build up in the body and compromise its performance should never be eaten. 

*For those with a family history of cancer of eat a lot of junk/fast,
prepackaged or prepared foods should  follow an alkalizing, rebuilding
diet for a month with high quality vegetable only protein and avoid all
meats, dairy or prepared foods.  Eat only fresh or fresh frozen foods… 

This 7-day Cleansing diet allows your body to flush and prepare so
that any supplements can work better and faster!

*Eliminate all alcohol, drink 8 glasses of purified or bottled water every
day to flush the Liver and the Kidneys of toxins.
 
Day 1

--On Rising-take glass of 2 tablespoons lemon juice in purified water (never use chlorinated tap water) with 1 teaspoon of locally grown honey and 1 teaspoon Royal Jelly
added.

--For Breakfast-take a glass of carrot and beet juice with one teaspoon  LIFE TRANSFUSION IONIC LIQUID MINERAL COMPLEX added
and a bowl/glass of Potassium Broth (recipe below).

--Midmorning-have an organic apple juice or organic cranberry juice or a
mug of Milk Thistle Tea with honey.

--For Lunch-have a glass of carrot/beet juice with one teaspoon LIFE
TRANSFUSION LIQUID MINERAL COMPLEX added. Steamed vegetables and brown rice…

--Midafternoon-have another mug of Milk Thistle tea with honey.

--For Dinner-have another glass of apple juice and a bowl of the Potassium
Broth and a small, chopped lettuce or spinach salad with lemon/Barlean's Flax
Seed Oil dressing.

--Before bed-take another glass of lemon juice with filtered/purified water or
another mug of Milk Thistle tea with honey. Get the flax seed oil and herb tea
from a health food store.

Day 2 through 7 - 10 days is recommended for
heavy meat and dairy consuming people.
 

ON RISING FROM SLEEP take 3 tablespoons cranberry
concentrate in 8ozs purified water with 1 Vitamin C
500Mg and Probiotic Digestive Enyzme cap.  

Take your morning 45 minute walk or light jog.

Sun Bath -15 minutes of early morning sunshine on the naked body for Vitamin
D production. 

BREAKFAST have a glass of fresh carrot and beet/cucumber
juice with Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and ½ teaspoon
Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Minerals complex added. Have
a whole grain muffin OR two rice cakes with tahini topping.
OR
Have a small bowl soy yogurt with ½ teaspoon NATREN
brand BIFIDO FACTORS (from your health food store or take 1
Probiotic Digestive Enzyme cap.  

MIDMORNING Have a bowl of Miracle Potassium Broth(recipe
below) with 1 tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos added and 1
Vitamin C 500 mg capsule. 

LUNCH have a fresh green salad with 3 Tablespoons Barlean's
Flax Seed Oil
and 1 Tablespoon lemon juice dressing. Crush
a clove of garlic into the dressing. Add avocado, shredded
ginger to taste and crumbled dry sea vegetables and alfalfa
sprouts. Or have an open faced pita bread wrap/sandwich with humus,
crushed garlic and a bowl of miso soup. (Miso soups found in
oriental section of grocery store) Or some sliced, steamed
tofu with millet or brown rice and Bragg's Liquid Aminos for
seasoning. OR Steamed or stir fried vegetables over a bed
of brown rice with Braggs Liquid Aminos for seasoning. 

MIDAFTERNOON have another carrot/beet/cucumber juice with
one tablespoon Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and ½ teaspoon
Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Mineral Complex added.
Or have a large glass of BARLEY GREEN MAGMA mixed with
purified water with the Barleans & Liquid Minerals added. 

DINNER have a baked red potato with Bragg's Liquid Aminos,
soy cheese melted on top with chopped cilantro and a chopped
spinach salad with crushed garlic and Barlean's Flax Seed
Oil and lemon dressing. Or a big bowl of lentil soup.
Or
steamed artichokes/asparagus/string beans with shredded
ginger and a bowl of brown rice. Or a Oriental stir fry
with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, crushed garlic, shredded
ginger, chopped shallots and steamed brown rice.
Take 1 Probiotic Digestive Enzyme Caplet 

BEFORE BED take a juice glass of aloe vera juice with
Vitamin C 500 mg cap. And a fresh 6 to 8 oz. glass of
papaya juice or mango juice.

Ingredients:
-6-8 oz. tomato juice with 1 Teaspoon wheat
germ oil; 1 teaspoon brewer's yeast; 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Best had midmorning, midafternoon or before bedtime. Add liquid
minerals if taken midmorning or midafternoon.

WAYNE'S MIRACLE POTASSIUM BROTH. 

A 2-day supply.
In a large pot add; 

*4 carrots.
*2 red potatoes with skin (quartered).
*1 onion, (quartered).
*2 stalks celery ( cut to 1 inch length).
*1/2 bunch parsley (lightly chopped).
*1/2 head red cabbage (quartered).
*1/2 bunch broccoli (cut in pieces).
*1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
*Clove garlic, crushed. 

Turn burner low and Simmer, do not boil, for 30 minutes. 

Add to blender and puree.

Have this once a day.
Add two teaspoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos and/or Celtic Sea
Salt from the health food store for seasoning.

 NON-DAIRY MORNING PROTEIN DRINK.
Enough For 2 drinks. 

*1 cup strawberries or Kiwi Fruit, sliced.
*1 banana, sliced.
*1 cup Papaya or Pineapple, chunked.
*8ozs soft tofu or 1 cup Amazake Rice Drink from health food store.
*2 tablespoons maple syrup.
*1 cup organic apple juice.
*1 teaspoon vanilla.
*1 tablespoon toasted Wheat Germ from health food store.
*1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder.

Put in blender and whisk for 15 seconds until shake
consistency.
