Day 1

 

--On Rising-take glass of 2 tablespoons lemon juice in purified water (never use chlorinated tap water) with 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon Royal Jelly added.

* LEMON, SQUEEZED. (ORGANIC.)
*1/2 LIME, SQUEEZED. (ORGANIC.)
*2 TABLESPOONS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

*1/2 TEASPOON CAYENNE POWDER.
*1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED.
*2 TEASPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.
*1 TEASPOON CASTOR OIL.
*1 TEASPOON COD LIVER OIL.

 
*Mix lemon and lime juice with the apple cider vinegar in a small glass.
*Put oils in order listed above last and Stir thoroughly then swallow quickly.
*May mix the above with 7 or 8 ounces of Welch's Real Grape Juice and 1/2 teaspoon Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals to make approximately a 10 oz drink mixture morning, noon and evening meals.
* Have the Liver Cleanse mixture with minerals three times a day with final dose immediately before going to bed without minerals for a total of 4 times a day.
 *Drink at least four large mugs of Milk Thistle Herb tea daily. (Get at health food store).


* Before bed-take another glass of lemon juice with purified water or another mug of Milk Thistle tea with honey.

 

Day 2 - 7

 

*No prepackaged or prepared foods - follow this alkalizing, rebuilding diet for a month with high quality vegetable only protein and avoid all meats, dairy or prepared foods.  Eat only fresh or fresh frozen foods

*Eliminate all alcohol, drink 8 glasses of purified or bottled water every day to flush the Liver and the Kidneys of toxins.


 

ON RISING FROM SLEEP take 3 tablespoons cranberry concentrate in 8ozs purified water with your 1 Super C Vitamin and 1 PROBIOTIC/PROACTIVATOR Caplet.  No food for at least and hour.
 
Take a morning 45 minute walk or light jog.
Sun Bath
-15 minutes of early morning sunshine on the naked body for Vitamin D production.
 
BREAKFAST have a glass of fresh carrot and beet/cucumber juice with Barlean's Flax Seed Oil added and teaspoon Liquid Mineral Complex and 1 teaspoon psyllium fiber stirred thoroughly into the drink. OR Have a whole grain muffin or two rice cakes with tahini topping. OR Have a small bowl soy yogurt. Take 1 PRIMAL DEFENSE caplet with whatever you choose to eat. Take supplements as directed in protocol!
 
MIDMORNING Have a bowl of Miracle Potassium Broth with 1 tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos added and 2 Ester C Vitamins.
 
LUNCH have a fresh green salad with Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and lemon dressing. Crush a clove of garlic into the dressing. Add avocado, shredded ginger to taste and crumbled dry sea vegetables and alfalfa sprouts. Or have an open faced pita bread wrap/sandwich with humus, crushed garlic and a bowl of miso soup. (Miso soupS found in oriental section of grocery store) Or some sliced, steamed tofu with millet or brown rice and Bragg's Liquid Aminos for seasoning. OR Steamed or stir fried vegetables over a bed of brown rice with Braggs Liquid Aminos for seasoning. Take supplements as directed in protocol!
 
MIDAFTERNOON have another carrot/beet/cucumber juice with one tablespoon Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and teaspoon Liquid Mineral Complex added with 1 teaspoon psyllium fiber stirred thoroughly into the drink. Or have a large glass of BARLEY GREEN MAGMA mixed with purified water with the Barleans/Liquid Minerals/Psyllium added. 
 
DINNER have a baked red potato with Bragg's Liquid Aminos, soy cheese melted on top with chopped cilantro and a chopped spinach salad with crushed garlic and Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and lemon dressing. Or a big bowl of lentil soup Or steamed artichokes/asparagus/string beans with shredded ginger and a bowl of brown rice. Or a Oriental stir fry with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, crushed garlic, shredded ginger, chopped shallots and steamed brown rice. Take supplements as directed in protocol
 
BEFORE BED take a juice glass of aloe vera juice with 1/2 teaspoon ascorbate Vitamin C crystals added and a fresh 6 to 8 oz. glass of papaya juice or mango juice. Take 2 Primal Defense caplets.
 
*** Have 2 large glasses of this Rejuvenation Cocktail every single day:
Ingredients:
- 6 - 8 oz. tomato juice with 1 Teaspoon wheat germ oil; 1 teaspoon brewer's yeast; 1 teaspoon lemon juice; 1/2 teaspoon Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals. Best had at midmorning, midafternoon or before bedtime. Add 1/2 tsp. Life Transfusion  liquid minerals midmorning or midafternoon only.
 

*Then go on the following Liver Rebuilding Diet:

*Salads (no iceberg lettuce, it doesn't have the same nutritional value of deep, green lettuce like green romaine, red leaf, etc.)
*Choose from a variety of Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts, Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas, Parsley, green beans, corn and Alfalfa Sprouts are really good.
*Look for greenhouse or vine ripened tomatoes.
*Shop organic where possible to avoid pesticides and other harmful chemicals.
*Use Barlean's Flax Seed Oil from the health food store or order online from www.barleans.com with lemon as salad dressing.
 
*Make your food simple, no fancy sauces.
Example:  A piece of grilled chicken, turkey or fish with salad and vegetables.
 
*Spice up your meals with crushed garlic, shallots, onions and herbs.
 
*Eliminate all milk from cows. No cheese. No ice cream. Switch to soy milk instead and soy butter and soy ice cream. The VitaSoy brand is our choice.
 
*One or two meals a week can be 1/2 cup brown rice steamed with vegetable broth and spices and steamed veggies. Drizzle the liquid essential acids from the Barlean's over the rice and veggies.
 
*Make herb teas and filtered/purified water (not distilled) your drinks of choice with fresh lemon squeezed into them.
 
*Veggie omelets made with egg whites and soy cheese on occasion. Remember, NO DAIRY, you are not a cow!
 
*Avoid all food that is white -- these are poison and bleached with chlorine. NO WHITE SUGAR AND NO WHITE FLOUR. (That does not mean substitute aspartame or other chemical sweeteners, Stevia works great and is natural!)
*No White Rice and bread crackers for at least the first 30 days or until your blood sugar normalizes.
*Eliminate all fried food --How did Colonel Sanders die?
* Avoid all pork, bacon, ham, sausages, pepperoni and luncheon meats/cold cuts, they are laced with chemicals and MSG. No Aspartame sugar-free foods or drinks
 
*IMPORTANT PART OF PROGRAM Exercise for 30-45 minutes every single day

All immune suppressing viral diseases live on dead and waste matter so eating as much raw fruits and vegetables is recommended!
 
For several months at least, the diet should be mostly vegetarian, no dairy of any kind no milk, cheese, ice cream or butter, low in yeast breads and saturated fats.
 
No Meats, fried foods, coffee, alcohol, salty, sugary foods and all refined foods must be eliminated.
 
Of course, all recreational, OTC or prescription drugs should be eliminated for maximum benefit.
 
The ultra purity of this diet controls the multiple allergies and sensitivities that occur in the auto-immune state with diabetes, yet still supplies the needs of a body that is suffering primary, nutrient deprivation.
 
For most people, this way of eating is a radical change, with major limitations, but the health improvement is invariably spectacular and nearly immediate.
