Day 1 (Example) mostly a liquid day!

--On Rising-take 2 tablespoons lemon juice in 8 ounce room temperature or warm filtered/purified water (never use chlorinated tap water) add 1 teaspoon of locally harvested honey and 1 teaspoon Royal Jelly. (Both can be obtained at your local health food store)

--For Breakfast- 1 Pro-biotic capsule with a glass of carrot and beet juice [preferably fresh juiced but the health food stores carry organic carrot and beet juices if you wish to buy] with 1/2 teaspoon LIFE TRANSFUSION IONIC LIQUID MINERAL COMPLEX added and/or a bowl of Potassium Broth. --Midmorning-have an organic apple juice or organic cranberry juice or a mug of Milk Thistle Tea with honey and a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and about ½ teaspoon locally harvested honey.

--For Lunch- 1 Pro-biotic capsule with a glass of carrot/beet juice with 1/2 teaspoon LIFE TRANSFUSION BALANCED LIQUID MINERAL COMPLEX added. Steamed vegetables (as many kinds and as much as you want) and brown rice.

--Midafternoon-have another mug of Milk Thistle tea with honey.

--Before bed-take another 8 ounce glass of lemon juice with honey/Royal Jelly in filtered/purified water

Day 2 through 7  (Examples)
 
ON RISING FROM SLEEP 8 ounces cranberry juice with 500 mg Vitamin C (get at health food store or order online making sure they are 500 mg capsule or binder free tablet.) No food for at least 15 minutes.
 
** Take a morning 45 minute walk or light jog. *IMPORTANT PART OF PROGRAM Exercise for 45 minutes every single day. If you are not able to do the full 45 minute walk in the beginning start with what you can do and increase it by one minute every day until your body can take the full 45 minutes daily...  OR Take a 10 minute brisk walk after every meal!  **people who eat right and exercise live far longer.
 

**Sun Bath -15 minutes of early morning sunshine on the naked body _without sun screen - for nourishing at least 200 cell regeneration Vitamin D is so very important to healing, staying healthy or preventing a multitude of illnesses and diseases, If you are unable to do this take at least 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 along with Vitamin K and a multitude of Beta Carotene, daily spread out over a 12 hour period! We suggest a proven Ultra D3 1 morning and evening for illness or as directed by your alternative physician/healthcare provider. At least 10,000 IU of D3 should be taken in divided dose daily if you do not take Dr. Garland's Ultra D3.
 
BREAKFAST - Take 1 Pro-biotic Capsule  and have a glass of fresh carrot and beet/cucumber juice with one Tablespoon Barlean's Flax Seed Oil added and 1/2 teaspoon Liquid Mineral Complex . Have a whole grain muffin OR two rice cakes with tahini topping.
OR Have a small bowl soy yogurt.
Take supplements as directed in your protocol!

 
MIDMORNING - Have a bowl of Miracle Potassium Broth with 1 tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos added and 2 500 mg Vitamin C in powder/capsule/or liquid but not tablet form.

LUNCH/DINNER - Take 1 digestive enzyme/probiotic Pro- biotic Capsule choose one of the following; a fresh green salad with Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and lemon dressing. Crush a clove of garlic into the dressing. Add avocado, shredded ginger to taste and crumbled dry sea vegetables and alfalfa sprouts.
Or have an open faced pita bread wrap/sandwich with humus, crushed garlic and a bowl of miso soup. (Miso soup found in oriental section of grocery store)
Or some sliced, steamed tofu with millet or brown rice and Bragg's Liquid Aminos for seasoning.
OR Steamed or stir fried vegetables over a bed of brown rice with Braggs Liquid Aminos for seasoning.

MIDAFTERNOON - have another carrot/beet/cucumber juice with one tablespoon Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and ½ to 1 teaspoon Liquid Mineral Complex added. Or have a large glass of GREEN JUICE mixed with purified water with the Barleans and Balanced Liquid Minerals added. 
 
DINNER/SUPPER – Choose one of the following; a baked large red potato with Bragg's Liquid Aminos, soy cheese melted on top with chopped cilantro and a chopped spinach or Mixed herbal greens salad with crushed garlic and Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and lemon dressing.
Or a big bowl of lentil and vegetable soup
Or steamed artichokes/asparagus/string beans/cauliflower with shredded ginger and a bowl of brown rice.
Or a Oriental stir fry with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, crushed garlic, shredded fresh ginger, chopped shallots and steamed brown rice.

LIFESTYLE DIET REGIMEN "FOOD IS MEDICINE TOO!"

Once 7-day cleansing diet completed follow the below recommendations of foods to eat will help continue you to continue with a disease free lifestyle:
 
**Salads (no iceberg lettuce as it doesn't have the same nutritional value of deep, green lettuce like green romaine, red leaf, etc.)
**Choose from a variety of Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts, Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas, Parsley, green beans, corn and Alfalfa Sprouts are really good.
**Look for greenhouse or vine ripened tomatoes.
**Shop organic where possible to avoid pesticides and other harmful chemicals.
**Use Barlean's Flax Seed Oil from the health food store or order online from www.barleans.com with lemon as a salad dressing.
*When using salt use Sea Salt only!
 
**Make your food simple, no fancy sauces.
Example:  A piece of grilled organic chicken, organic turkey or organic fish with salad and vegetables.
 
**Spice up your meals with crushed garlic, shallots, onions and herbs.
 
**Eliminate all dairy products. No cheese. No ice cream. No butter. Switch to soy milk instead and soy butter and soy ice cream. The VitaSoy brand is our choice. Simmer slow on low heat, do not boil, for 30 minutes.

*2 Quarts soy, rice or coconut milk.
*1 Standard package of watercress or one large bunch.
*1 Large red potato with skin.
*3 Small chopped shallot onions.

--Mince and saute the shallots in the olive oil in a large pot to caramelize.
Add soy or rice or coconut milk and bring to simmer, lightly boil.
Slice the potato and course chop the watercress.
Add the bouillon cubes.
Add potato and watercress, simmer fon low or 15 minutes.
Puree the mixture through a food processor or blender.

SHIITAKE MUSHROOM MISO SOUP.
 
According to Joseph Forest, food consultant and editor of Cooking Vegetarian, the following soup is "packed with therapeutic action from the olive oil, onions, garlic, miso and most notably, the shiitake mushrooms." These meaty, woodsy flavored mushrooms have long been recognized for their immunity boosting, anti-viral and anti-tumor properties.
 
 
* lb fresh shiitake mushrooms (12 medium sized).
* tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
* 1 small onion, diced.
* 4 cloves garlic, crushed.
* teaspoon dried thyme.
* teaspoon dried marjoram.
* 4 cups purified/filtered water.
* 1 cube vegetable bouillon.
* 4 tablespoons miso paste.
* cup chopped fresh parsley.
 
-Remove stems from the mushrooms and clean caps with damp cloth. (Keep the stems for stock)> Cut mushroom caps in half, and then cut into thin strips.
 
-Saute the mushrooms, onions, garlic, thyme and marjoram in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, stir frequently.
 
-Add the water and vegetable bouillon bring to a light boil. Cover, reduce heat and lightly simmer for 12 minutes.
 
-Place miso in small bowl. Add cup of soup liquid and stir until smooth.
 
-Take pot off heat and stir in the miso. Add parsley and adjust seasoning.
 
-Heat on low/medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour into bowls and serve.
 
Have this at least 3 times a week. Flavor with Bragg's Liquid Aminos if necessary.
