DETOXING/CLEANSING Alkalizing 7-DAY DIET
This is a very important part towards healing and detoxing and necessary alkalizing of the body Fresh, uncooked or lightly steamed foods are best. Anything that is wrapped, packaged, baked, canned or frozen contains preservatives and chemicals that insidiously build up in the body and compromise its performance and should never be eaten. When using salt use Sea Salt only! *No prepackaged or prepared foods - follow this alkalizing, rebuilding diet for a month with high quality vegetable only protein and avoid all meats, dairy or prepared foods. Eat only fresh or fresh frozen foods *Eliminate all alcohol, drink 8 glasses of purified or bottled water with 2 or 3 drops of Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Minerals per glass every day to flush the Liver and the Kidneys of toxins. **As soon as you receive your supplements start them as directed along with the diet! Day 1 --On Rising-take glass of 2 tablespoons lemon juice in purified water (never use chlorinated tap water) with 1 teaspoon of locally grown honey and 1 teaspoon Royal Jelly added. --For Breakfast-take a glass of carrot and beet juice [preferably fresh juiced] with 1/2 teaspoon LIFE TRANSFUSION IONIC LIQUID MINERAL COMPLEX added and/or a bowl of Potassium Broth with minerals. (Recipe below) --Midmorning-have an organic apple juice or organic cranberry juice or a mug of Milk Thistle Tea with honey. --For Lunch-have a glass of carrot/beet juice with 1/2 teaspoon LIFE TRANSFUSION LIQUID MINERAL COMPLEX added. Steamed vegetables and brown rice and Rejuvenation Cocktail (recipe below) --Midafternoon-have another mug of Milk Thistle tea with honey. Also 4pm Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Minerals and glass of rejuvenation cocktail, if prescribed to you. --For Dinner-have another glass of apple juice and a bowl of the Potassium Broth and a small, chopped mixed organic greens or spinach salad with lemon with Barlean's Flax Seed Oil dressing dressing made by you. --Before bed-take another glass of lemon juice with filtered/purified water or another mug of Milk Thistle tea with honey. Take 2 Digestive Enzyme Probiotic Proactivator capsules. ... Day 2 through 7 --On Rising-take glass of 2 tablespoons lemon juice in purified water (never use chlorinated tap water) with 1 teaspoon of locally grown honey and 1 teaspoon Royal Jelly added. -- Take a morning 45 minute walk or light jog. -- Sun Bath -15 minutes of early morning sunshine on the naked body for Vitamin D production or take 3 Vitamin D3 gelcaps. BREAKFAST have a glass of fresh carrot and beet/cucumber juice with 1 teaspoon Barlean's Flax Seed Oil added and 1/2 teaspoon Liquid Mineral Complex and 1 teaspoon psyllium fiber stirred thoroughly into the drink. OR Have a whole grain muffin or two rice cakes with tahini topping with juice, minerals & psyllium. OR Have a small bowl soy yogurt with juice, minerals & psyllium. Take 1 PROBIOTIC DIGESTIVE ENZYME with whatever you choose to eat. TAKE SUPPLEMENTS AS DIRECTED MIDMORNING Have a bowl of Miracle Potassium Broth with 1 tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos added and 1,000 mg Vitamin C. LUNCH have a fresh green salad with Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and lemon dressing. Crush a clove of garlic into 1/3 lemon juice & 2/3 barlean's oil dressing. Add avocado, shredded ginger to taste and crumbled dry sea vegetables and alfalfa sprouts. Or have an open faced pita bread wrap/sandwich with humus, crushed garlic and a bowl of miso soup. (Miso soupS found in oriental section of grocery store) Or some sliced, steamed tofu with millet or brown rice and Bragg's Liquid Aminos for seasoning. OR Steamed or stir fried vegetables over a bed of brown rice with Braggs Liquid Aminos for seasoning. TAKE MINERALS AND SUPPLEMENTS AS DIRECTED MIDAFTERNOON have another carrot/beet/cucumber juice with one tablespoon Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and 1/2 teaspoon Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Mineral Complex with 1 teaspoon psyllium fiber stirred thoroughly into the drink. Or have a large glass of BARLEY GREEN JUICE mixed with purified water with the Barleans/Liquid Minerals/Psyllium added. DINNER have a baked red potato with Bragg's Liquid Aminos, soy cheese melted on top with chopped cilantro and a chopped spinach salad with crushed garlic and Barlean's Flax Seed Oil and lemon dressing. Or a big bowl of lentil soup Or steamed artichokes/asparagus/string beans with shredded ginger and a bowl of brown rice. Or a Oriental stir fry with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, crushed garlic, shredded ginger, chopped shallots and steamed brown rice. TAKE SUPPLEMENTS AS DIRECTED BEFORE BED take a juice glass of aloe vera juice with 500 mg vitamin C and a fresh 6 to 8 oz. glass of papaya juice or mango juice. THE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE DIET REGIMEN: Once 7-day cleansing diet complete do the following: *Salads (no iceberg lettuce, it doesn't have the same nutritional value of deep, green lettuce like green romaine, red leaf, etc.) *Choose from a variety of Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts, Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas, Parsley, green beans, corn and Alfalfa Sprouts are really good. *Look for greenhouse or vine ripened tomatoes. *Shop organic where possible to avoid pesticides and other harmful chemicals. *Use Barlean's Flax Seed Oil from the health food store or order online from www.barleans.com with lemon as salad dressing. *Make your food simple, no fancy sauces. Example: A piece of grilled chicken, turkey or fish with salad and vegetables. *Spice up your meals with crushed garlic, shallots, onions and herbs. *Eliminate all milk from cows. No cheese. No ice cream. Switch to Almond Milk or Hemp Milk or soy milk instead and soy butter and soy ice cream. The VitaSoy brand is our choice. *At least one meal a day should be a low-glycemic protein smoothie shake with soy milk or rice milk and one tablespoon of essential fatty acids like "Udo's Choice" brand with each meal to increase fat burn and assimilation of protein. (The essential fatty acids also keep you from getting too hungry and keep the blood sugar more stable.) *One or two meals a week can be 1/2 cup brown rice steamed with vegetable broth and spices and steamed veggies. Drizzle the liquid essential acids from the Barlean's over the rice and veggies. *Make herb teas and purified water (not distilled water--purified water) your drinks of choice with fresh lemon squeezed into them. *Veggie omelets made with egg whites and soy cheese on occasion. Remember, NO DAIRY, you are not a cow! *Avoid all food that is white -- these are poison and bleached with chlorine. NO WHITE SUGAR AND NO WHITE FLOUR. (That does not mean substitute aspartame or other chemical sweeteners, Stevia works great and is natural!) *No White Rice, white bread or white crackers for at least the first 30 days, but forever is smarter! *Eliminate all fried food --How did Colonel Sanders die? * Avoid all pork, bacon, ham, sausages, pepperoni and luncheon meats/cold cuts, they are laced with chemicals and MSG. No Aspartame sugar-free foods or drinks! *IMPORTANT PART OF PROGRAM Exercise for 30-45 minutes every single day (brisk walking is recommended) -- people who eat right and exercise live far longer.
