65 years old and just had a PSA of 13 and my doctor
gave me a prescription for finasteride, which I'm
not sure I want to take but I don't really know what
else I can do. He also wants to do a biopsy in six
weeks if the count doesn't go down. Should I take
the medication and I know you have written that a
PSA abnormality may not be abnormal because so many
are positive that aren't. What can I do if I don't
take the finasteride?

seems that Skin Cancer runs in my wife's family. I
know you don't do third part questions but she
doesn't use a computer and she asked me to ask you
so I hope you will make an exception this time. She
has problems with skin cancers, her mother has had
skin cancer problems, her brothers have the same, a
nephew also has problems with them. In your
experiences, have you found anything that will
remove skin cancer? Also, besides staying out of the
sun, what are some preventative measures they can
take?

again having gallstone attack. What can I do. I've
tried apple cider vinegar with apple juice and it
helps a little but isn't there something else I can
do to stop or prevent them? Would it be ok to have
apple cider vinegar every day with the detoxing diet
I just started? I don't want to mess up this
cleansing diet because of gallstones.

a 41 year old male and have be diagnosis with Stage
3 Esophageal cancer. I had the surgery to remove the
tumor in early February of this year and have just
completed my second round of the recommended 6
rounds of chemo. I am seriously considering stopping
my treatment before it gets any further or maybe

recently read one of your articles about taking
Vitamin C. You write that people who smoke and/or
drink caffeine substances need at least 1500 mg vit
c per day. I can't even take 800 mg without my eyes
looking 'bloodshot'? I had a little nausea and
stomach upset with a slight headache although I
think my headache might have been due to my
sinuses...lot of allergies and sinus problems
lately. Do you have any clue as to why this
happened?

I have had emphysema for years. I only have one good
lung, the other one is partly collapsed from cancer
treatment (radiation). I'm 73 years young. I have
inhalers and take prednisone that make me feel
really awful with no energy and would like to get
away from them… Will my insurance pay for
alternative treatments? At my age what could I do to
bolster my lung health?

chest pains all day. i take pain relievers and they
do stop it for a while but they come back. I wonder
if my spinkter is not closing and it is burning my
esphogus. Well this is very irratating. I took
vinegar last night after dinner and it didn't help
it just added more pain. But trying something to

doctor has given me a clean bill of health after a
months of tests but I still am having horrific pains
in my arms and leg bones, burning pains in my chest
and abdomen. I feel like a nut case. Could you
suggest something to either get rid of the pains or
maybe some of your readers have had the same problem
and found out why? I am at the end of my rope and if
I can't get answers don't know what I can do.

have 2 children, ages 11 (male) and 15 (female) who
are constantly getting boils and have been treated
repeatadly with antibiotics. They both have been
tested for the staph bacteria using a nose swap and
have been both confirmed to be carriers. I came
across some information on ionic silver water and
was wondering if you could advise if this would kill
the staph bacteria or if it would assist them in any
way? In some cases they were treated with
antibiotics due to the large size of the boil and
possible infection. My son is also suseptable to
strep throat and this year needed 2 doses in a row
to get rid of it.

have heard that colloidal gold is better than
silver, do you carry this in your master formulas? I
have also read about colloidal titanium, can't find
much info on this but it is suppose to kill
everything. It will keep you safe during a
biological attack and even kill the aids virus. I

get your lymphatic system moving better it will help
to loose weight. I know a little bit about the
lymphatic system from working with massage ...but
I've never heard it as a help with weight loss...Can

Lena. My friend tells me that you have a sure cure
for kidney stones but he couldn't remember what it
was. I have had several bouts over the last few
years, the last one a week ago, and want to know
what I can do when it happens again. It will happen
as I'm told they are calcium based and my body
excretes too much calcium! Help? I don't want to go
to the hospital again and wait it out or have
lithotripsy. I also seem to be so tired all the time
and lack energy and I have to really push myself to
get to work and do my work or any other normal
activity? I would simply like to not have stones and
regain my energy!

I have been diagnosed with H Pylori infection. What
is that? The doctor just said it's an infection that
must be treated that it causes ulcers if left
untreated. He didn't have the time to go into detail
as to what it is and the medication he gave me is
making it far worse than the stomach pains that sent
me there. I now have diarrhea all the time instead
of occasionally and the stomach pains are killing
me. I have lost my appetites and am losing weight.
Is there anything else I can do naturally that isn't
so bad and will work?

Have had digestive issues for many years. Have eaten
whole foods diet for 10 years and taken many
supplements to help. Unfortunately, had a tremendous
amount of stress for the past 15 years. Had
gallbladder removed 12/2009 and digestive issues
became worse. Recently diagnosed with multiple
ulcerations and bleeding somewhere in the mid small
intestine with inflammation and hypotensive fainting
that started 8 weeks ago which they think is due to
severe inflammation. Not able to eat food, only
drinking liquids at this time (making bone broths
and veggie broths these last couple days) and
underweight. Currently taking, Entocort EC(for the
past 2 weeks and so far not making things any
better), Just started these supplements 1 week ago
Primal Defense(currently up to 5 caplets daily),
Immunocal (2 packets daily), rice protein powder (Nutriclear
by Biotics Research), Vitamin B complex, Vitamin
D3(2000IU daily). Previously before diagnosed took
slippery elm, aloe vera, marshmellow, digestive
enzymes, but didn't seem to help.

hope you can help as nothing has so far. I have been
anemic for many years and it seems to run in my
family. My doctor has given me iron shots and iron
tablets yet the anemia doesn't go away. Yesterday I
fainted in a store and doctor say it was from being
so anemic? I do have problems with heavy bleeding
during my period most months but not all the time. I
am so tired all the time, have trouble sleeping,
which seems strange since I am chronically tired.

Thank you for your health giving website as I just
read a lot of your articles and find them really
helpful and making sense but nothing covering my
concerns. I have a couple of questions. I would like
to know if the Macular Degeneration Repair Kit
would help me? I have these pains in my eyes and
blurring vision in the middle but my outside vision
seems okay. I have an appointment to have my eyes
check on the 28th but thought you might
help me go natural. I read that middle vision
blurring or gone is call macular degeneration? What
do you think and what would help?

I hope you can help as the doctors have not given me
help! I am 36 Years old and I have terrible breast
pain for about 16 years now and it has gradually
gotten worse over the years it is now unbearable
lots of day. I also have lumps in my breasts that
are very sore as well. I have very bad
indigestion problems with terrible heart burn and my
stomach is almost always very bloated no matter what
I eat and constipated most of my life. I have been
on zantec for months that sort of helps my
heartburn but not totally. I stared using your minerals two months
ago but I can barely take them because I put them in
frozen juice and then again I have heart burn.

brother is a Type II diabetic and right now he has a
wound or sore on the heel of his right foot which is
not healing due to the diabetes of course and so
it's causing him lots of trouble because he has to
limit the time he walks and stands. He has done
everything his doctor suggested but still not
healing and getting larger? Their creams seem to not
do anything good or bad so we are at a loss. Any
feedback as to what he can do?

I just got your first couple of newsletters and
ezine and something concerns me? You published a
piece about aspirin causing eye problems and I'm
wondering if that could be my problem?
I am 60 years old and lucky that I don't take a lot
of medicine but I eat healthy and exercise as often
as possible but I have been on Lipitor for my
cholesterol and a daily aspirin for a couple years
now. Right now I'm having these occasional stabbing
pains in my eyes and sometimes blurring vision but
only the middle of the eye and it only lasts for a
little while then goes away then comes back in a few
days? I think it is lasting longer now than when it
started and I have an appointment to have my eyes
check on November 1. I ran across your website and
subscribed to your newsletter and thought maybe there
is something I can take in place of the aspirin and
what can I do for my eyes without taking drugs. I
have read that middle vision blurring or gone is
call macular degeneration? What do you think and
what would help?

I am not almost 70 lbs overweight; I only have about
3 painful bowel movements a week; headaches several
days a week and my nails have been like tissue paper
for years. When I failed all those I was going to do
the home temperature test but my initial temp was
87.2 so that is failure there, what can I do?

My mom said I should ask you as she has no idea but
for the past several weeks I have been having night
sweats. I wake up very night and my bedding is
literally soaked. I wake up smelling sort of like
vinegar. As a rule in the past I do not have
headaches but since this started I am having
frequent headaches. I am Male, 35 years of age. I do
smoke a half a pack of cigarettes or more a day. I
drink maybe a glass or two of wine a week otherwise
I'm not a drinker. I take a regular multi every day.
What can cause this? Do you know what I can do to

I do not like water and I drink plenty of juices,
coffee and iced tea and soda. My doctor says
liquid is liquid in whatever form and water isn't
necessary. I have read that the body requires water.

I'm a senior 75 years old and have a dilemma? The
media is at it and my family is pushing me to get a
flu shot. I had it last year and a few days later
got very sick with the flu and do not know if I
should have another one this year? My family is
saying I am not taking every possible precaution I
should for my best health. As a rule I simply try to
eat well and stay away from junk food and I know I
should take some immune building supplement but I'm
not quite sure what supplements to take, when to
take them and how much to take? I have fibromyalgia
and really do not want to get the flu if I can help
it as I have enough pain already! What do you do?
What would work best for me? What is the
alternative to viral medicines should I get a flu

I am having pain all over my body, mostly all over
my abdomen and joints but a pain right under my
right rib cage that comes and goes. and I was
checkout for gall bladder but negative. My hair and
skin have gotten so dry and I don't know what to do
for all the pain or dry skin and hair. Moisturizer
on skin and hair conditioner doesn't seem to do much
of anything and I've tried a lot. I don't want to
take pain pills for the pain but I do when it gets
really bad but they don't seem to help much. What
would you suggest?

Lena, My friend says you would know what to do for
me. I am 45 years old and just got my results from
my bone scan and the results are not good? I have
taken calcium for years as I was diagnosed with
osteoporosis in 2003 and was told I needed to
supplement calcium. I also take a woman's one-a-day
vitamin that contains calcium and magnesium
according to my latest bone scan my osteoporosis
worse? Why? The doctor wants to put me on Fosamax or
Boniva and I really don't want to take either as I
don't like the side effects that I hear on TV when
they advertise those drugs. But I don't know what to
do. Can you help me? Why is my osteoporosis worse
even though I did what the doctor said to do? I will
listen and hope you have some common sense answers
that I can't get from my doctor?

My 10 yr old granddaughter just told me that she has a
rash &
dryness & skin roughness on the palms of her hands and
fingers only.
My wife & I use a dish washing liquid anti-bacterial
and have no problems of any kind. It has a nice
smelling orange odor and I use it for washing up in the
sink every day with no problems for delicate areas.
Could that cause her problem?
I enjoy your Ezine and hope you could suggest something
she can try to get rid of the rashes on her hands.
Doctor is NO HELP.

I am in my 80's had a hip
replacement about 5 years ago, shortly before an
auto accident that injured both my knees that leaves
me in a lot of pain, after surgery on them. I have
had hip pain since the hip surgery. I also have a
hard time with balance and get confused at times? I
am on blood pressure medication Hazar and do not add
salt to my foods as my doctor said to do. I stay
away from prepackaged foods, I'm from the old school
of fresh is better. My blood pressure with the
medication isn't a lot different than it was before
I started taking it a few years ago and I've
questioned why I need it but the doctor insists that
I do? Do you have something to help with my hip and
knee pains? The doctor says it's because of my age
but the hip pain started after my hip replacement
and sometimes is really bad? I would like to stop
the blood pressure medication as I looked it up and
kidney damage is a side effect the one I take and I
don't want to have that problem. I am having some
kidney pain but the doctor has not been able to find
an infection or problem? I would like your
suggestion on that too?

had a mild heart attack 2008 with heart
catherization. Now my Cardiologist is telling me
that my grafts were becoming blocked with plaque.
My blood pressure runs around 154/89. On top of that
I have the beginning of Macular degeneration in left
eye. My cholesterol runs from 125 to 180. I was just
told I have a Duodenal Ulcer which has resulted in
two severe bleeds that required cauterization. I am
taking the following medications and would like to
stop them. Carvedilol, Enalapril Maleate 5mg,
Ergocalciferol 50,000 units, Levothyroxine 0.05 mg,
Omeprazole 20 mg, Simvastatin 80 mg, Verapamil 80 mg
and CO-Q-10 100 mg twice a day. Can these things be
safely treated with alternatives?

gone the drugs route, without success even went so
far as to look into voodoo to cure migraines.

am taking diabetic medication - different ones given
by all - and I am having problems controlling by
blood sugars and now have developed blotches on my
body along with my heart feeling like it is racing

medication for blood pressure so why does this

I refuse to double the amount as the doctor has

just received a call from John (changed
the name as I don't have his permission to use it)
telling me about his 3 day heart wonder. He says his
heart has stopping skipping beats and he feels like
a million bucks and I should contact you with my
problem. He stopped his heart medications and feels
better than he has since he had his stents five
years ago. I looked at the chelation IV therapy info
you sent him but I don't want to go that direction.
My problem is; I failed the stress test and an
angiogram shows that I have one heart artery 80%
blocked and they say if I don't do something within
a couple of months I could have a heart attack
without a bypass. I'm not doing a bypass. I want
what John did. Can you help me? I am on Plavix,
aspirin and three other medications that I don't
want to take. Last night was a bad night with chest
pains and shortness of breath never stopping even
with the nitroglycerine pills under the tongue.
Please can you help!

I feel like you have written about this in the past
but I couldn't find it in your archives and hope you
will answer for me.
I am told I may have Celiac Disease and that leads
to Leaky Gut Syndrome but I'm not sure what that
means? I know a little about Celiac disease. I am
told that glutamine helps repair "leaky gut
syndrome" but is there something else. What exactly
is Celiac Disease and Leaky Gut Syndrome and what do
you suggest to treat them?
