December 6, 2004 Grover   asks, "I developed a bad crotch rash that my dermatologist doesn't seem able to help me with as all her medications and creams hasn't touched it. A friend told me that you said this is one way that aspartame toxicity comes out. Is that true? Since I'm now considered a borderline diabetic my doctor recommended that I use aspartame in the place of sugar and I discovered I like diet sodas. I've only been drinking them and using aspartame about 3 months so how can this happen so fast? Why is this?"

November 29, 2004 "I have hemochromatosis and it has taken it's toll on my body. Especially my liver. Do you know of anywhere I might find a safe low iron diet to follow? Apparently all the good fruits and vegetables  that should be good for me are loaded with iron. I learned that certain vitamins in pill form are bad for my heart. Such as vitamin C, unless it is powder or liquid. What about 'Garlands Mind Power', Brain-Anti Aging stuff. Coupled with 'Garlands Life Transfusion Liquid Mineral Complex. Will this be safe for me to take?"

November 22, 2004"I have been told that eating grapefruit will cause me to have break outs of acne.  (I'm 38 years old) and I eat a grapefruit for breakfast each morning, only one a day. Can you please advise if Grapefruit can or will cause me to breakout with acne?" November 8, 2004 I am a heart patient and on the blood thinner Coumadin. My favorite food is the turnip. Here in the south we cook the green parts with the roots. I was told not to eat the green part because it has vitamin k in it. Does the root also have Vitamin k? I love both but would settle just for the root if it is ok. I would like your opinion... Q #2 - recently I have thought about donating plasma but I was told that it could effect my health. Do you have any thought on this?

November 1, 2004 To make a long story short, I checked out AMA at 7:20 am still not being seen by a doctor.  I went home, still in pain, called my doctor and she could see me at 9am.  Then after checking me she said I had "diverticulitis" again.  I had the same thing almost 2 months ago.  She then gave me CIPRO which is an antibiotic.  For the pain I am taking Ibuprofen 800mg. I have had a "CT Scan" of the abdomen that shows only probable inflammation of the intestines and I am scheduled to have an ultrasound of the gall bladder.  What do you suggest I do?

October 18, 2004 Please I would like you to expantiate on the causes of fibroid in women and also I would like to know if it can be caused by abortion or taking contraceptive pills and I will also like to know if its hereditary.

October 11, 2004 For the past 4 weeks I have been suffering from night sweats. I wake up very night and my bedding is literally soaked. The sweat also has a very peculiar smell - very similar to vinegar. I have also had very severe headaches for about the same amount of time. Previously I had never had an headache. Can you enlighten me?

October 4, 2004 My daughter, who is seventeen, gets bronchitis, it seems, from fall to winter. Her diet is good. She takes supplements.   What do you recommend?

September 20, 2004 I know this will seem an odd question but if they can do heart transplant then can they do a uterus one also ??? see in January 94, i had to have mine removed because of excessive bleeding from a tear in my uterus anyways i do have three teenagers and but now I'm remarried and I really want another baby but all I have is my ovaries... also do I still produce eggs even if I don't have a period??? please respond this has been of interest for some time now to me??? I just want to check out what my options are...

September 13, 2004 Has someone come up with a "natural? protocol to follow to protect ones self from the flu that will be going around and is suppose to reach epidemic proportions?   I'm not quite sure what supplements to take, when to take them and how much to take for prevention as well as if I or a family member should come down with the flu how to fight it off.   I have fibromyalgia and really do not want to get the flu if I can help it!  Also, what about children?   What can I do for them from an alternative perspective?  Please advise.  I want to take care of us all and keep us in good health, I just don't know how, or where to begin the process. 

September 6, 2004 Please I want to know if there's anything I can do to stop fat from spreading to my face. It's really giving me cause for concern. Instead of going to my body, it's spreading to my face, I'm really disturbed by this. I'm 26, a female. I've never had any health problems.

August 30, 2004 I am plagued with Leaky Gut syndrome, can it ever be repaired? My doctor didn't give me much information on how to live with this or if it can be healed. Can you help?

August 23, 2004 For the second time in her 11 year life my spayed kitty has a bladder infection, I know this because she is peeing on things like the bed and couch.  The only other time she did that was when she had a bladder infection and nothing in her life has changed recently to cause upset. I really don't want to go back to the vet for drugs again and I am hoping you can give me an alternative that works.

August 16, 2004 We have a friend visiting from South Carolina who suffers from migraines and has apparently tried everything he can think of along with the Dr's prescriptions and even voodoo to cure his migraines. Apparently caused from a stressful job over the years. Any recommended formulas that might help?

July 26, 2004 I have been having some of the vague ovarian cancer symptoms mentioned in your article.  I have been to several doctors and, of course, no one has given the symptoms the consideration I think they probably warrant.  They want to attribute it to gallbladder issues.  However, I have no stones, etc.
 I would be really interested in knowing what you recommend to help prevent the possibility of cancer.  My grandmother died of ovarian cancer so it is in my family history. By the way, do you know of a resource to find a good doctor who would treat the whole person and not just isolated symptoms?

July 19, 2004 I am writing for my wife because she is computer shy. She is experiencing problems with her uterus dropping. Other than surgery, is there anything that can be done to remedy this situation?

July 12, 2004 I am 42 years old and my sex drive is almost nill.  I used to be quite aroused and excited by my husband but the last couple of years have changed.

June 21, 2004 My husband has insulin-dependent diabetes.  Over the last few years he has been experiencing neuropathic pain in his hands and his feet.  He recently had a nerve-conduction study and found that he has lost most of the sensation below the knees, and is now at the beginning stages of experiencing some balance problems connected with it.

June 14, 2004 I have this embarrassing problem and I don't know anyone who has such a problem (never heard or met any one). 
  There is a horrible odor from my head ! It is really bad and makes people at work very uncomfortable !  I have had it for many years now.

May 31, 2004 I have been diagnosed as bi-polar, which may explain why all the depression prescriptions given me over the years never really worked for me. I am in my second trimester of pregnancy and my doctor says I cannot start any medicine for the bipolar until my baby is delivered. I have a history of post-partem depression, and my doctor has me on Prozac to prevent the PP. Is there any natural alternative, for bi-polar disorder, that I can use during my pregnancy?

May 24, 2004 I know doctors say that what you eat does not make you break out, but when I have chocolate in my diet, I will break out. It's not sugar, because it's usually hot chocolate with artificial sweetener in it.  Does chocolate create acne or what?

April 19, 2004 My 2 year old son had an ear infection two months ago and had antibiotics now the ear is fine, but he has had runny diarrhea ever since.  Went back to the doctor a couple of times, who has had him on a BRAT diet, without actually saying it, she keeps insinuating that I am feeding him foods that cause the diarrhea. I truly have stuck to the BRAT diet even though he begs for other foods. HELP!

April 12, 2004 I have struggled with depression for years. Until very recently I had no idea what kind of depression until I was told that I am bi-polar. Could that be why the prescriptions for depression never really worked for me? I just became pregnant and my doctor says I cannot start medication until the baby is born. Is there any natural alternative, for bi-polar disorder, that I can use during my pregnancy? I am still taking Prozac, as the doctors are concerned about post-partem depression.

April 5, 2004 I'm a 56 year-old male and just had my physical and everything was okay except for one test, PSA was 8, and the doctor wants me to have a biopsy. What is your opinion? What is a PSA? Is a Positive PSA dangerous? What are the normal levels? What does an abnormal reading really mean?
