Lots of questions came in last week but most did not

there very unhappy! I went in with 3 medications and
came out with 6. I supposedly have developed diabetes,
high blood pressure and high cholesterol (225) along
with a problem of balance walking. The Dr. said I'm a
"mess". I have to use a walker due to my loss of
balance. Now I am going to Physical therapy as well. My
thyroid functions are all over the ball park even with
taking the Synthroid for all these years due to my
thyroid being removed many years ago. I think I can find
a healthier way than so many prescriptions with proper
diet and exercise, what do you think? "

ANSWER:
I'm sorry you are unhappy but that isn't unusual after
seeing a doctor and getting so much bad news... You are almost where my dad was when he
came to visit me almost three years ago and it has
changed his life and health so immensely that he says he
feels 18 now when he just had his 90th
birthday the 3rd of January. Small difference
is your balance problem and his blindness problem and
his diabetes had progressed so far that his circulation
and blood pressure was way off track to the point he had
black/purple, swollen,
cracked, plasma draining legs... Lousy circulation is
one of the side effects of the diabetes with
hypertension (high blood pressure) soon to follow and
his was there on both counts... Since you aren't to that point yet your chance of getting better faster is even
greater... I suggest you followed Dr. Wayne Garlands
suggested protocol below, that he is having great
success with... This can keep you from getting worse and
reverse most if not all your problems...
225 cholesterol reading, you can ignore that as it
isn't bad, even though the drug companies have convinced
the doctors that it is it has not proven to be the case
in any single study concluded...
Dr. Garland's suggested protocol;

30 drops minerals twice a day for week, this is
most important in healing the organs going awry...

breakfast and then 1 capsule 15-20 minutes before lunch

DEAD PART
I am discovering that many people want,
above all else, to live life fully. But
sometimes the past prohibits our living and
enjoying life to the utmost in the present.
A schoolteacher entered his room a few minutes
early and noticed a mealworm laboriously
crawling along the floor. It had somehow been
injured. The back part of the worm was dead and

That Juicy bit of fruit!
When in Hawaii this particular fruit found its way into my plate on many
occasions and I truly loved finding it there... Something that I had
not eaten until about ten years when friends from Belez introduced me to
them and since that time I eat them as often as possible...
Mango grow at the end of a long, stringlike stem, with sometimes two or
more fruits to a stem. The fruits are 2 to 9 inches long and may be
kidney shaped, ovate or rarely but sometimes round. They range in size
from 8 ounces to around 24 ounces. The leathery skin is waxy and smooth,
and when ripe entirely pale green or yellow marked with red. It is
inedible and contains a sap that is irritating to some people. The
quality of the fruit is based on the scarcity of fiber and minimal
turpentine taste. Mango is regarded as the queen of fruits in tropical
areas of the world.
The flesh of a mango is peachlike and juicy, with more or less numerous
fibers radiating from the husk of the single large kidney-shaped seed.
Fibers are more pronounced in fruits grown with hard water and chemical
fertilizers. The flavor is pleasant and rich and high in sugars and
acid.

The Mango tree plays a sacred role in India; it is a symbol of love and
some believe that the Mango tree can grant wishes. It is also the
world's largest producer of mangoes. It has been estimated that there
are over 1000 commercial varieties in India, where mangos are often
called the "king of fruits".
Florida is the main producer of mangos in the United States. In 1990,
2800 acres of mangos were planted in Florida, of which 2500 acres were
harvested. The farm value of the 19.2 million pounds produced was $4.7
million. Mangos are also produced in Hawaii and Southern California.
Mango can be eaten raw as a dessert fruit or processed to various
products. Ripe fruits can be sliced and canned or processed to juice,
jams, jellies, nectars and preserves. Eastern and Asian cultures use
unripe mangos for pickles, chutney and relishes. In India, unripe mangos
are sliced, dried, and made into powder for amchoor, a traditional
Indian preparation used for cooking. In India, flour is made from mango
seeds. Seeds are also eaten during periods of food shortages. The timber
is used for boats, flooring, furniture and other applications.
