Question # 1 :
 
I have cut a lot of Elmore's email off as it really won't add to the questions needing to be answered?
 
I am 51 years old and I am on the internet and thus made a lot of friends. Different friends told me the great success they obtained from doing Liver/gall bladder cleanses. So I did one and watched for results -Voila I felt better pain subsided along with other notices. In 2 weeks time I did another and Viola I felt much better again. In another 2 weeks I did the 3 rd , Liver/gall bladder cleanse and wow it is amazing in how these cleanse helped me . Better mind alertness,better circulation to my legs, legs does not ack any more,pain in right side left completely ,eye clearty and eye focus seemed to get sharper .It helped neck pain and more energy being abundant overall. The bites and pieces and chaff still comes out the bowl at various ocassions even not doing the cleanse so it has indicated I was plugged and infected with bacteria . I am going to do another cleanse in about 2 weeks.
 
I have diabetes type2 along with arthritis from head to foot abundantly in neck, back, and legs . My latest problem was pain from my right lower side extending around to front of bladder and above hip line to my back. This problem was steadily getting worse and could not get much sleep for the pain.
 
Please note  I am having an awful time with neck and shoulders stiff and sore aching and especially 1 day before a storm comes and the day the storm comes  to a day after it is over it is very  intense causing me headaches along with my back disks .
 
1) In view of these ailments and the cleanses mentioned above what plan of approach would you recommend for next method in treating my overtaking arthritis and type2 diabetics? What about my Thyroid Gland? Where do I begin after the cleanses?
 
2)  My dear loving wife Jenny has severe varisoce veins on both legs. They stripped one leg her left one and left the leads in it. Her legs swell in the veins when it gets damp coming into a storm as she was told she had arthitis in her hips and legs along with a calicum defiency .
           What plan of medication usuage approach would you recommend for my soul mate Jenny? Her legs acke all the time and her arthitis is getting more abundant .

I tried to contact Elmore to get a bit more information but as the net goes, either he didn't received any of the three emails or his computer is down and unable to reply so I will answer and hope he has access to the ezine...
 
Complex but I think treatable...
 
Let's start with last first, Jenny. I hope she wears support panty hose all the time, except for sleeping. They do not have to be the ugly, expensive, heavy ones that doctors tend to prescribe but Leggs makes a good pair of support panty hose that isn't outlandishly expensive and doesn't look bad. I wear those. My mother passed her varicose disposition along to me and I have kept them from becoming full blown by wearing Leggs support hose since my early 20's, even when I use to play softball at our family get togethers... Varicose veins can be very painful because the blood stagnates and creates pain along with swelling from inflammation of the stagnant blood but also creates the atmosphere for blood clots that can travel to other parts of the body and become life threatening. She needs to keep the blood circulating well in those legs, which will require three things from her. If inflammation and pain exists take a few days of 1 tablespoon twice a day of ionic silver water to calm it down.

1. Walk! She needs to walk as briskly as possible as this helps to stop the stagnation and swelling evading possible inflammation and clots.

2. She also needs to nourish the blood so it won't be as easy to stagnate and that requires engulfing the cells in a mineral balanced blood plasma created with Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Minerals supplement daily.  That will also correct the calcium deficiency… Also bathe in a warm mineral rich bath… [mineral bath; put ¼ cup of liquid minerals and ¼ cup of Tea Tree Oil in a bath tub of warm water and soak for 10 to 15 minutes] two or three times a week. This will help increase the circulation and soothe the pain and calm swelling.

3. There is a Wayne Garland herbal formula that is strictly a circulatory formula and one that is doing wonders for people. With those three steps I think she will find it easier to live with the varicosities and have less pain.

Now for you...
 
Internal Cleansing is a great thing, as you have found out...After cleansing what then? Let's take it one step at a time...
 
Diabetes: I need information like your weight, and fasting, two hours after meals blood sugars and blood pressure to do a really accurate assessment but will try to cover it in generalities. Dr. Garland has a diabetes repair kit that works great when followed. Richard is our greatest success story as he was the worst one we've had so far. The diabetes herbal repair kit is repairing pancreatic damage and helping restore pancreas function. TypeII diabetics absolutely do need thyroid supplementing to function more efficiently since it is being reported by the scientific community that most immune diseases have a known thyroid involvement but lab testing is showing a normal thyroid even when it isn't normal.
 
As for your pains;
 
I don't know if arthritis has been actually been confirmed with MRI, CT or other testing but you describe really classic fibromyalgia flareup symptoms with; head to toe pain and radiating around the bladder to hip to back along with neck and shoulder pain. The only thing missing from that is jaw pain that goes with it and usually all on one side of the body...  I went through years of arthritis treatment, pain clinics and medications that had horrific side effects before finding out I had "Fibromyalgia Syndrome" FMS, and I exhibited all those same symptoms. So I'm going to make two suggestions in order to cover both scenarios and you can decide which you think best fits your need. 

  1. Arthritis Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Minerals to balance out your cells and improve your organs function. ½ to 1 teaspoon morning and noon. Structural Lubrication 2-3 capsules three times a day, does wonders for pain. Because arthritis medications usually deteriorate the bone and joints you should take a three month protocol of Skeletal Support to rebuild the damage the arthritis drugs have caused.

  2. FMS: Stay away from alcohol, sweets and especially anything containing Aspartame, saccharin or Splenda. These tend to create more pain because of the neurological changes that occur when ingesting them...Eating a lot of beef or pork tends to exacerbate pain due to the chemical and hormones in the meats. Light on meats all around will lessen pain. Walk every day a total of 45 minutes of brisk walking... Get at least 10 minutes of direct sunlight on as much of the naked body as possible every day... Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Minerals to balance out your cells and improve your organs function. ½ to 1 teaspoon morning and noon. Structural lubrication loading dose of 9 capsules if pain is severe then 2-3 capsules three times a day thereafter. Deep Sleep 3 capsules 1 hour before bedtime. Tolerance Stress Reducing formula 1 morning and noon.

  3. Last but not at all least LAUGH. 15 to 20 minutes of laughter a day! This is an important ingredient to any treatment!

 
This would be my suggestion and Dr.'s recommendation as a followup to cleansing to keep you body in top shape and help with repair?

Thanks for the question Kathy,

Yes Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSN is effective in about 40% to 50% of those who take them. If it is effective for you will depend on whether you are in that group... Solaray has a "Joint" compound that includes Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM with some other bone and joint herbs that is a little more effective [50% to 60% effective]. The secret to those three working is the purity and what is added to them to make them more effective.

Dr. Garland has a formula that he brought from "The Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine" after he completed his training there. His formula is used in their hospital for their patients that has a whole host of bone and joint building herbs including Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSN that gives more than a 90% success rate. Lorraine Hansberry wrote a play called, "A Raisin in the Sun." In that play a sister is completely out of patience with her brother. He has been so disgusting in her eyes that she never again wants anything to do with him.

But her mother is wise. She tells her daughter that the time to love somebody is not when they have done well and made things easy for everyone. The time to love somebody is when "he's at his lowest and can't believe in himself 'cause the world done whipped him so."

She is telling her daughter that there is a time to patiently bear with another. And especially when that other is hard to love and angry because "the world done whipped him so."

Patiently bearing with another is not the same as allowing yourself to be abused. There is certainly a time to say, "No," especially when someone's behavior is destructive. But there is also a time for understanding and patience. It has been said that patience is the ability to count down before blasting off. And an old Chinese proverb has it that if you continually grind a bar of iron, you can make a needle of it. All it takes is patience.

If there is a time to call it quits, is there also a time for patient understanding? Is there someone who may need you to bear with them a little longer?

The Ultimate Prickly Ananas comosus Merr!

PineappleThis time last year I was preparing to visit one of the large areas known for growing Ananas comosus Merr. Hawaii… While thinking about that marvelous trip I also remember eating a lot of these while there and enjoying every morsel! Christopher Columbus discovered this delectable food growing on the island of Guadeloupe in 1493 and took them back to Spain. It became very popular in Europe by the 1600s.

 What is Ananas comosus Merr? Pineapple! The exceptional juiciness and vibrant tropical flavor of pineapple that balances the tastes of sweet and tart make them only second to bananas as America’s favorite tropical fruit. Although the season for pineapple runs from March through June, they are available year-round in local markets.

Bromelain, the great health property contained in pineapples, has been used for hundreds of years as a digestive aid, and to treat inflammation and other health problems. Recently, bromelain has been investigated for possible anticancer activity and now studies show it to contain protease that is a great blood thinner cholesterol lowering agent, thereby helping in preventing heart disease and stroke. Now all these will require daily consumption of pineapple and a very large portion.

Pineapple was a culinary favorite of the fierce Carib Indians who lived on islands in the sea that still bears their name.

High in fiber and very rich in minerals and vitamins:

Raw pineapple contains;
Calcium,
a mineral, is used for building bones and teeth and in maintaining bone strength. Calcium is also used in muscle contraction, blood clotting, and maintenance of cell membranes.
Iron,
Necessary for production hemoglobin, and oxygenation of red blood cells, builds up blood quality, and increases resistance as well as increasing energy production.

Magnesium,
Key substance in proper functioning of nerves and muscles and healthy maintenance of bones. Helps protect the arterial lining from the stress of sudden blood pressure changes.
Phosphorus,
Essential for utilization of carbohydrate, fats and proteins for growth, maintenance, repair of cells, and energy production. Necessary for proper skeletal growth, tooth development, kidney functioning and transference of nerve impulses.
Potassium,

A deficiency could result in birth defects, increased risk of cancer, heart and liver diseases, Down’s syndrome and fibrocystic breast disease.

A host of vitamins; Such as C, Thiamin, B1, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, B-6, Folate, Folic acid, B-12, A, Retinol, E, Tocopherol. Along with Amino acids such as Tryptophan, Threonine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Cystine, Phenylalanine, Tyrosine, Valine, Arginine,Histidine, Alanine, Aspartic acid, Glutamic acid, Glycine, Proline and Serine. 

Low in calories! Pineapple is best eaten alone between meals or its enzymes will be used up digesting food and not benefiting your body as well as it could.

 Selecting, storing and using pineapple: 

Look for pineapples that are heavy for their size. While larger pineapples will have more edible flesh, there is usually no difference in quality between a small and large size pineapple. Pineapples should be free of soft spots, bruises and darkened “eyes,” all of which may indicate that the pineapple is past its prime. Choose fruit with a fragrant sweet smell at the stem end. Avoid pineapple that smells musty, sour or fermented.

Pineapple can be left at room temperature for one or two days before serving. While this process will not make the fruit any sweeter, it will help it to become softer and juicier. Since they are very perishable, you should watch closely during storing period to ensure that they do not spoil. After two days, if you are still not ready to consume the pineapple, you should wrap it in a perforated plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator where it will keep for a maximum of three to five more days.

Pineapple that has been cut up should be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. It will stay fresher and retain more taste and juiciness if you also place some liquid, preferably juice from the pineapple, in the container. Although pineapple can be frozen, this process greatly affects its flavor.

Our favorite way of eating pineapple is fresh and raw, can't beat it for great taste and enjoyment. My husband loves pineapple pie.

Word of caution: If you are taking blood thinners eat pineapple or drink pineapple juice but watch your blood closely for too much thinning.
