The answers
to reader question come from Lena's 20+ years as a Medical Office Nurse along
with ongoing education in nutritional and alternative
treatment modes. Add that to
many years of friendship with Dr. Wayne Garland,
a very knowledgeable naturopath and herbologist, who
many years ago, beat his cancer death sentence given by
the traditional medical world, has helped along the
alternatives

My years observing life and health of the many
people/patients around me and the contradictions of the
traditional medical world's idea of treating -
prescription domino effect - while watching those same
schooled methods that aren't relieving illness but
creating far more than they help. Those same medical
professionals aren't telling people how to get healthy
or how to prevent illness, which led me to look for
something to change that premise for myself and those
around me. In looking outside the Westernized medical
profession I found and continue to find alternatives
that really work to create health and longevity -when
adhered to - beyond anything the traditional medical
world can do...

QUESTION:
What is your latest upto date recommendation on vaccines
for children? I hear & read many pros & cons from both
the medical & holistic communities but I would like your
opinion.

ANSWER:
Thanks for asking... I'm honored my opinion counts for
you...
Since the different illnesses that the immunizations are
supposed to prevent you would expect that to be good.
Sadly, every year regardless of how many immunizations
are given for measles, mumps, chickenpox, etc. Those
same illness are found in clumps somewhere in the U.S.
and usually in kids have been immunized. So much for
their claims that they are effective.
On top of that there are now over 30 immunizations put
into a child from birth, I cannot think of anything in
the world that would be good in that mind set other than
money in the drug industry's pockets! In the years I
worked with 9 Pediatricians and saw thousands of kids
there was only one or two that was every seriously ill -
none died - with any of the so-called childhood
illnesses. Yet, I saw thousands have side effects that
were life threatening so that was when I decided
immunizations were bad for children and I believe that
even more strongly now... Sadly our medical profession -
drug industry - is making it dreadfully difficult for a
parent to keep their child safe...
Then 18 years ago our family had to experience a problem
first hand simply had to watch and deal with autism
first hand by watching a grandson develop further into
autism after each set of immunizations until he was full
blown autistic. At that time it was not a connection to
the immunizations but reading his baby book and watching
videos of his growing up we now say it was... I was
still too steeped in conventional medicine to realize it
until he was about six years old and I started looking
into it after children of friends and neighbors started
to experience the same problem beginning with the first
or second set of immunizations... I watched all of them
develop and was horrified to find it so prevalent around
me... Now, my grandson is 18 years old and moderately
functioning adult who can never be on his own. Even
though drug companies claim to have removed the
Thimerosal, that hasn't been verified yet so I say
forget immunizations and the risk. If a child is given
proper diet and kept with a healthy immune system the
chances of getting any one of those childhood diseases
is very nil and since Thousands more are damaged because
of the immunizations compared to the few that were
damaged from those diseases. I personally believe it's
more than just thimerosal though, I believe there is
also a genetic bit to each one that develops
post-immunization problems that is set off by the
impurities in the vaccines and even those who don't have
a genetic marker 36 vaccines put into a tiny body is apt
to create problems? I prefer to make my choices not be
forced? , I say no immunizations as far fewer problems
exist with having any one of those illnesses compared to
the millions damaged from the immunizations.

vaccines!

TRUE LOVE
How easy it is to confuse love with

spot safely aboard a lifeboat, forced her to enter one.
She was seated but a moment, however, when she sprang up
and climbed back on deck before he could stop her.
There, she caught his arm, snuggling it familiarly
against her side, and exclaimed, "We have been long
together for a great many years. We are old now. Where
you go, I will go."
For them, true love was about commitment. And it was
about faithfulness. And sacrifice. Not everyone finds
such love in another person - though it is a beautiful
thing when it occurs. But a committed and faithful love
can always be found in another realm. It exists at the
very core of authentic spirituality. This is a fact that
whole and happy people build their lives around.
