Two questions again
today: Jane asks: ... little spot on & off for over 2
years. They ran tests & believe it is dry tissues. The
doctor decided to try to stop this spotting by
prescribing 1 gram of Estrace cream inserted up the
vagina twice a week for life. The drug company papers
say that it encourages cancer in the ovaries & another
place. The longer you are on it the more risk you have
of cancer. Is there something else I could use? I am
59 & have a little girl we adopted who is now 8 1/2
years ago.

QUESTION #1:
Have been spotting (light
brown - little spot on & off for over 2 years. They
ran tests & believe it is dry tissues. The doctor

Hi Jane,
Scary thing happening I'm sure but no need to panic as
natural has the answer... Poor doctors, they don't know
what to do about it... Yes, the hormone cream has more
side effects than it will help... Shortly they will be
recommending surgery but don't buy into that...
First healthy vaginal lining douche - first
week three times; (with 1 Tablespoon
Ionic
Silver Water and 1/2 teaspoon Liquid Minerals in 1
quart of warm water.) Then two times the second week
and once the third week and that should heal and
bring back healthy tissue if you also do the
following...

hi lena - i'm a little confused with your article on the
need for more glyconutrients when comparing dr. mercolas
push against using sugar & grains - could you give me a
little further explaination on the comparison to
possibly help my confusion?
Also i'd like to say thks. for my past order of minerals
- they were probably responsible for eliminating my food
cravings, no allergies this spring, & better regularity
;o). As soon as i use up all my old vitamins i'd like
for you to recommend a complete multi. for us to
compliment the liquid mins.

My grandmother taught me that you must treat people the
way you want to be treated and that's all I do. Nothing
spectacular there...
I'm sorry if I confused you on the sugars and grains as
that was not my intent, but looking at it I can see how
that might occur especially if you follow Dr Mercola's
teaching without knowledge of where he's coming from.
Dr. Mercola and I have about the same outlook and if you
read deeply into his articles and teachings you will
find it.
Dr. Mercola's drive against sugars doesn't quite define
the difference in sugars unless you dig deep and read
all of his articles on it. We really aren't that far
apart on this issue... Our body metabolizes sugars
according to the kind ingested... Glyconutrients are not
processed sugars, which the masses consume!!!
Glyconutrients come from raw unprocessed fruits,
vegetables and whole unadulterated grains that your body
is made to utilize, metabolize and feed off of.
Glyconutrients are necessary for our body and is
digested in a fashion that our organs can run
efficiently with, but refined sugar only taxes our
adrenal systems and does nothing good for us...
As to Dr. Mercola's push to stop the ingesting of grains
I can understand why... If you go back 75 years or more
you will find that grain processing was a totally
different way of milling and the crude but effective
milling didn't remove the nutrients and man had not yet
messed with the genetic makeup of grains and they came
as God had made them. Today's mechanical and refined
processing has given us nutrient poor flour products by
taking out what small amounts of nutrients that's left
in the grain leaving nothing healthy. Then you add that
they do not have healthy grain to mill because of the
genetic altering that has taken place creating inferior
grain that contains human and animal DNA mixed in with
the grains and what do we have? That's really anybody's
guess! Plus, add that to the fact that the grounds that
grow our foods are so deplete in nutrients that what few
nutrients are still in the grain is removed with
processing. Voila, not real grain being eaten!
It was extremely rare to have colon & stomach cancer,
diabetes, and heart disease in those days of long ago
and a lot of knowledgeable doctors and nutritionists say
today's plague of chronic disease comes from the over
processing of our grains and chemicals added to foods we
eat. Who am I to argue with them, especially since I
agree with them. Hence, I think Dr. Mercola is right on
in his outlook but if you can find good organic
unadulterated grains, fruits and vegetables you will
find healthy good glyconutrients (sugars). Even the
small amounts left in is healthy for us? He is talking
to the masses that utilize the modern day processing,
chemical filled, altered, pesticide containing grains
and what it has brought our bodies too... God gave us
grains for food and our body is made to accept it when
it is actually grain, but very hard to find today.
As for recommending a total vitamin? I and my family
take total and complete
MegaNutrients which is more than anything you will
find in a store or possibly online

THE POWER OF TOGETHER
The poet Rupert Brooke set out to travel
by boat from England to America. Everyone on deck had
someone there to see him or her off - everyone except
him. Rupert Brooke felt lonely, terribly lonely.
Watching the hugging and kissing and good-byes, he
wished he had someone to miss him.
The poet saw a youngster and asked his name. "William,"
the boy answered.
"William," he asked, "would you like to earn a few
shillings?"
"Sure I would! What do I have to do?"
"Just wave to me as I leave," the lonely man instructed.
It is said that money can't buy love, but for six
shillings young William waved to Rupert Brooke as the
boat pulled out. The poet writes, "Some people smiled
and some cried, some waved white handkerchiefs and some
waved straw hats. And I? I had William, who waved at me
with his red bandana for six shillings and kept me from
feeling completely alone."
We are all lonely at times. But here was a man who was
strong enough to admit his loneliness. One
psychotherapist says that a necessary first step toward
coping with loneliness is for people to feel free simply
admitting they are lonely. For once we recognize it,
then we can do something about it.
What can we do? Reach out to friends and family. Too
many people are lonely because they have been building
walls instead of bridges.
We can also find others who may be lonely and help fill
their emptiness. The world is full of them. Mother
Teresa used to describe loneliness as "the biggest
disease" of our time. And the loneliest do not all
reside in nursing homes, nor do they all live by
themselves.
Finally, we can recognize that, spiritually, we are not
alone. This is a time for us to dig deep into our
spiritual being.
Lily Tomlin quipped, "We're all in this alone." But, of
course, that isn't true. And great joy comes from
discovering the power in the word "together."

Monkey's Aren't So Dumb!
 
April 2004 found me in Hawaii and loving the fruits
available. One of the things I enjoyed most was the banana. It was a bit
different than what we get here in the U.S. but it was oh so sweet and
tasty. As I reminisced my trip and about that great treat while
there I thought what better food
for the week?
Bananas could be called the all around food to healing and health! Over the years
as the doctors I worked with put patients on blood pressure medications
- which remove a multitude of minerals and vitamins, but the medical
profession only recognizes potassium as the mineral necessary to health
? I was instructed to tell the patient to be sure and eat lots of
potassium rich foods in particular a banana or two a day.
In my search about bananas last year I found great prevention and
healing properties in them? Also that Bananas contain three natural
sugars, sucrose, fructose and glucose, and when combined with fiber,
bananas produce an instant, sustained, and substantial boost of energy.
Research has shown that just two bananas provide enough energy for a
strenuous 90-minute workout.
According to a recent survey of people suffering from depression found
that many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because
bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein the body converts into
serotonin, which makes you alert, improves your mood, and generally make
you feel happier. So eat and expect less depression!
PMS may be averted by eating bananas.
The vitamin B6 in bananas regulates blood glucose
levels, which is responsible for some of PMS symptoms and eating does
affect your mood (among other things).
Anemia medication:
Bananas are high in iron, which stimulates the
production of hemoglobin in the blood, which helps anemia.

This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in
potassium yet low in salt making it the perfect food to lower blood

bowel movement without laxatives.

One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to

Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so
if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

Snacking on bananas between meals helps keep blood

Bananas can prevent intestinal disorders because of
the soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be
eaten without distress in sensitive health situations. It also
neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of
the stomach. Experts say that bananas strengthen the surface cells of
the stomach lining, forming a sturdier barrier against noxious juices.
Temperature control:
Many cultures see bananas as a "cooling" fruit that
lowers both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers.
In Thailand, for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their
babies are born with a cool temperature.
Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas help SAD sufferers
because they contain the natural mood enhancers, tryptophan and Vitamin
B's.
Calm smoking withdrawals: Bananas can also help people trying to stop
smoking. B6 and B12 in bananas, as well as potassium and magnesium, help
the body recover from the withdrawal effects.
Stress leveler: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps

the body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate

Warts: It is said if you want to destroy a wart, take a piece of
banana skin and place it on the wart (with the yellow side out). Tape
the skin in place with a Band-Aid or surgical tape. Takes a while but
will take care of the virus that causes warts, hence the removal of the
wart.
Grow Beautiful Rose Bushes with Bananas: Blend the soft part of
the banana skin in a blender full of water and pour on the base of your
rose bushes to promote healthy roots and new growth.
Eating fresh fruits and vegetables results in a basic detoxification
diet. So, eat as many raw and pure, unprocessed and uncooked foods
as you can each day and make bananas one of those raw fruits.
BANANA SMOOTHIE
3 ripe frozen bananas
4-5 T peanut butter (all natural creamy or chunky)
1 T ground flaxseed
2 T honey
1 c. skim or 1% milk ( I Use soy milk)
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree well and serve.
NOTE: I add strawberries, pineapple chunks, frozen fresh peaches and
frozen grapes to this as an added fiber and alternate taste.
