The answers
to questions submitted each week come from my 20+ years as a Medical Office Nurse along
with many years and ongoing education in nutritional and alternative
treatment modes. Add that to
many years of friendship with Dr. Wayne Garland,
a very knowledgeable naturopath and herbologist, who
many years ago, beat his cancer death sentence given by
the traditional medical world, has helped along the
alternatives
path and
hopefully help to give hope to those who need it... Also
receiving a lot of study reports and try to ascertain
if they are good or bad then report them to you, which
has increased my knowledge along the way and I pass them on to you to
use or not...
I am not a doctor or dentist and you should not think of

My years observing life and health of the many
people/patients around me and the contradictions of the
traditional medical world's idea of treating -
prescription domino effect - while watching those same
schooled methods that aren't relieving illness but
creating far more than they help. Those same medical
professionals aren't telling people how to get healthy
or how to prevent illness, which led me to look for
something to change that premise for myself and those
around me. In looking outside the Westernized medical
profession I found and continue to find alternatives
that really work to create health and longevity -when
adhered to - beyond anything the traditional medical
world can do...

QUESTION:
I am a 29 year old guy from Ireland, i
have suffered with psoriasis for the past 5-6 years, It
is on my elbows and knees, sometimes gets better and
other times breaks out worse than before, I have tried
allsorts of medication, creams, herbs, I just don't know
what works and what makes it worse, Do you know of any
ways that have worked in the past?

ANSWER:
Dear Trevor, The agreement among us is
that the majority of psoriasis comes from the chemicals
put on and into the body. Yours seems to be situated in
the areas that is caused mostly by something you come in
contact with along with the fact your body's immune
system is not working as it should. We have yet to see
creams or medications that work with psoriasis, yet that
is all the conventional medical world has to offer...
First you need to see what you are touching in the areas
of your knees and elbows. Is it the clothes you wear and
the detergent, softener or type of clothing that could
be the culprit. Are you putting on lotions or creams in
that area? Is it something rubbing those areas, such as
your clothes?
Here is a protocol that is reversing most psoriasis and
other skin problems;
1)
L-Phenylalanine (500mg/cap)
Take 50 mg per 2.2 lbs body weight, not to exceed
1,500 mg per day. Phenylalanine competes with several
other amino acids for uptake into the body and the
brain. Therefore, for best results, phenylalanine should
be taken between meals, or away from protein-containing
foods.
2) Evening Primerose Oil (1,300 mg/cap)
6 caps/day in 3 divided doses = 2 caps 3 times/day
3) Flax Seed Oil (1,000 mg/cap)
6 caps/day in 3 divided doses = 2 caps 3 times/day
4) Vitamin B complex:
- Folic Acid (10 mg per day)
- Vitamin B12 (2,000 mcg per day)
- PABA (100 mg three times a day)
Or you can take a high quality Vitamin-B complex
multi-formula that contains all the B vitamins above. I
recommend the Solaray Brand found at most health food
stores.
5) Vitamin C
3 caps/day in 3 divided doses = 1 cap 3 times/day
6) Ginkgo Biloba extract
Standardized to contain 24% ginkgoflavonglycosides,
in the amount of 40 mg three times per day.
7) Wayne Garland's Master Formulas:
Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Minerals:
Week One: 1/2 teaspoon in 6 to 8 ounces of carrot
or beet juice morning and early afternoon
Week Two: 3/4 Teaspoon in 6 to 8 ounces of carrot
or beet juice morning and early afternoon
Week Three and Thereafter: 1 Teaspoon in juice as
before..
Immune
Support: 3 capsules three times a day with meals
Anti-Oxidant: 3 capsules morning and evening meals
ProAlgean: 1 capsule before each meal.
Ocean Gold
Shark Liver Oil (Follow normal dose recommendations
on bottle)

Thyroid Energy
2 capsules morning and bedtime on empty stomach!

Proactivator/Probiotic Formula: 1 Caplet with
each meal and 2 at bedtime on an empty stomach.

It takes some adjusting to live in a
