I am a 49 year old female with very bad bones, I have had two knee operations, a shoulder surgery along with a multiple other broken bones. Last year I was told all my problems stem from osteoporosis, I did try some of their prescribed bone building drugs that just made me sick and did not help the pain. I am not taking anything right now.  I fear more breaks and have pain every day but I won't take the drugs that I know will kill me so one way or the other I'm doomed unless you can help? I need something that is really going to help me , I'm not expecting miracle just want to live a quality of life and to be a grandmother who can enjoy grandchildren without fearing breaks. Can you or any of your products really help me?"

I am so sorry for your pain and bad bones Josalyn!

I wish you had known about our bone building formulas years ago, as I did, and you wouldn't be writing me. I can bet the doctor's have told you to drink lots of milk and dairy products? Right? They probably have you taking lots of calcium tablets of some sort also... Both are mistakes being propagated and is preventing the bones from being healthy in so many people, especially the elderly, which is where you will hopefully be one of these days!  The traditional world's prescriptions purported to strengthen bones are really a joke... You need liquid calcium that can be immediately absorbed as we do not absorb more than 20% of the tablets and a lot less then 10%...BUT calcium without other supplements will do nothing!
 

First some information to help you feel better about building bones with natural medicine that you may not know?
 
Sadly our foods are so weak in minerals and nutrients that we have become a society of overweight people created by a hunger that we cannot identify. And bones that easily crumble. When the minerals and nutrients are balanced then the organs of the body can do their job and work to strengthen and enhance health.

Pain in the majority is simply a deficiency in nutrients the body needs for total health. So replacing those can eliminate most if not all the pain!

  1. Dairy products not the answer so Stop eating/drinking them!
  2. Lots of sunshine - 20 to 30 minutes - of sunlight daily on as much of the naked body as possible!
  3. Exercise; an absolute must for rebuilding bones!
  4. Stop all sodas/pop, especially diet - Aspartame and Splenda real killers - besides dissolving bones in the young and elderly they create a short in the brain, which the body requires for all bone health!
  5. Stop eating anything with white flour or fat-free processed foods!
  6. If you eat a lot of sweets switch from sugar to Stevia, a natural sugar that doesn't deplete your intestinal system of the natural flora. Flora death prevents your body from absorbing the nutrients needed... People with weak bones are a time bomb for other health problems as well...

You read the article - Now did you notice the necessity of minerals in building bones, tendons and muscles? Calcium is only one of 84 minerals and trace minerals the body requires for health. I believe we can help you strengthen your bones and stop the pain pain while preventing broken bones, as most do who follow Dr. Garland? bone building protocol experience. This will not be accomplished overnight or in a few days or a week! It takes weeks for the body to rebuild itself when given the proper diet and supplements!

I am going to have Dr. Garland work up a protocol that can get you to the strong and pain free bones and email it to you... There is a simple Osteoporosis bone rebuilding protocol posted  online by clicking here, but because of the severity of your problem you will need much more strenuous protocol personalized for you, which he will do free of charge?

Until then; from experience with him I can tell you a bit of what he will say; 
1st - you really need to get the ionic complete 84 liquid minerals into your body ASAP. Instruction will accompany them, this one step will help alleviate some of your pain, but there are other herbs, which doctor will tell you about I'm sure.
2nd - Following the above recommendations but first and foremost - Stop all dairy products! Walk at least 30 minutes a day as that help strengthen the bones and joints. Really important - get 15 to 30 minutes of sun, on as much of your naked body as possible, without sun screen, daily. Tanning booth won't do it... This is a very important step to creating sufficient Vitamin D which makes it possible for you to absorb calcium as well as other nutrients, vitamins and minerals that you take in from your foods and/or supplements...
