Again I want you to know that answering the questions posed to me does not just come off the top of my head but come from 20+ years as a Medical Office Nurse along with my ongoing education in nutritional and alternative treatment modes along with my many years of friendship with Dr. Wayne Garland, a very knowledgeable naturopath and herbologist, who many years ago, beat his cancer death sentence given by the traditional medical world, has helped me along this path and hopefully help to give hope to those who need it... My son will be 20 years old next month.  He was just diagnosed with diabetes, his father is also a diabetic.  He is vegetarian how can I help him.

ANSWER

I’m not sure if your question is regarding his father or your son or both? I’m going to assume your son and hope my guess is right as I did not receive an answer to my email regarding that fact… It's good he is vegetarian as that is the best diet if done well. So many vegetarians eat too much dairy products and sugar, making for a bad diet! Some diet suggestions are included here!

Diabetes does not have to be an ongoing problem as I proved with my elderly father a few years ago and Dr. Garland is reversing diabetes weekly with others.  

Below is a regimen that has given many diabetics the title of ex-diabetic...If he/they choose to go with our diabetic protocol, and have severe blood sugar swings prior to starting, please have him/them check in every other day with blood sugar numbers until we can establish a safe fluctuation (fasting blood sugar first thing in the morning, 2 hours after breakfast, 2 hours after lunch and a BS just before bedtime.) along with a weight log to determine if he/they need to lose weight as well. That enables us to adjust their protocol/program as needed...
 
The number one cause of diabetes in the 21st century is processed foods, mineral imbalance and lack of nutrients in our foods all making for obesity as well as diabetes and a myriad of other illnesses and diseases! When followed Dr. Garland’s healing plan reversal WORKS EVERY TIME! Of course the FDA does not allow us to claim that this herbal formula Reverses Diabetes and Repairs Diabetic damage but see what others have to say about it...

It is imperative to do the Cleansing Diet and follow it closely the first week....Then go to the other diet at the end of that 7 days...
 
The Suggested protocol:
 
1 Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid Minerals are an absolute necessity, 3/4 teaspoon in the morning and 3/4 teaspoon at noon or up to 4PM, in 4 to 6 ounces of juice... (V8 juice, carrot, cranberry, lemon, or other juice.) Spread out in three doses is best.
 
2) 9 capsules of Diab-B Diabetes Blood Formula every day, If on insulin or pills take 3 capsules 15 to 20 minute before each meal, if not on insulin 2 capsules before meals)
 
3) Circulatory Support  - A necessity to the heart to work to heal the pancreas... Take 9 capsules daily, (3 with breakfast, lunch and dinner.) At the end of a month most decrease to 2 or 3 capsules twice a day.
 
4) IF OVERWEIGHT - Rapid Burn Fat Burner – Burns fat and helps balance insulin… 2 capsules before breakfast and lunch. 
 
5) PROTEIN PLUS CHROMEMATE capsules This is a necessity to helping heal the pancreas 2 to 3 capsules 3X a day with meals... Insulin dependant will require 3 to 4 capsules 3X a day with meals...
 
6) Exercise, a must for best results: 45 minutes of brisk walking each day is the best form. Most cannot start with 45 minutes, but start even if you can only do 5 minutes then add 1 minute a day until you can work up to 45 minutes.
 
7) Diabetes Friendly diet for the overweight person or not overweight will work as well. Diet below!
 
8) Not absolutely necessary but an added bonus of Three dry saunas a week also work wonders--it burns off surface sugar in the skin and gets rid of toxins from the body helping to heal organs faster.
 
9) Drink lots of clean purified/filtered water. (Not distilled) If you do not have a filter, find one at a very reasonable price that has been tested and proven to remove 99% of contaminates and chemicals at water_purification_filtration_units
 
 
THE LIFESTYLE DIABETIC DIET REGIMEN:
 
*Salads (no iceberg lettuce, it doesn't have the same nutritional value of deep, green lettuce like green romaine, red leaf, etc.)

*Choose from a variety of Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts, Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas, Parsley, Alfalfa Sprouts are really good.

*Look for organic greenhouse or organic vine ripened tomatoes.

*Shop organic where possible to avoid pesticides and other harmful chemicals.

*Use Barlean's Flax Seed Oil from the health food store with lemon as salad dressing.
 
*Make your food simple, no fancy sauces.
 
*Spice up your meals with crushed garlic, shallots, onions and herbs.

*Eliminate all milk from cows. No cheese. No ice cream. Switch to soy milk instead and soy butter and soy ice cream. (Virgin Olive oil put into the refrigerator to harden makes a great butter substitute.) The VitaSoy brand is the very best brand of soy products, if found in your area.

*At least one meal a day should be a low-glycemic protein smoothie shake with soy milk or rice milk and one tablespoon of essential fatty acids like "Udo's Choice" brand with each meal to increase fat burn and assimilation of protein. (The essential fatty acids also keep you from getting too hungry and keep the blood sugar more stable.)

*One or two meals a week can be 1/2 cup brown rice steamed with vegetable broth and spices and steamed veggies. Drizzle the liquid essential acids from the Barlean's over the rice and veggies.

*Make herb teas and purified water (not distilled water--purified water) your drinks of choice with fresh lemon squeezed into them.

*Veggie omelets made with egg whites and soy cheese on occasion. Remember, NO DAIRY, you are not a cow!

*Avoid all food that has white flour -- these are poison and bleached with chlorine. NO WHITE SUGAR AND NO WHITE FLOUR. (That does not mean substitute aspartame or other chemical sweeteners, Stevia works great and is natural!)

*Do the 7-Day Cleansing Diet  in order to detox and get the body alkalized! Then following the modified diet thereafter...

*Eliminate all fried food --How did Colonel Sanders die?

*Avoid all pork, bacon, ham, sausages, deli meats and pepperoni, they are laced with nitrates and MSG.

*Ask questions of your food--become a toxin Sherlock Holmes.

* No Aspartame sugar-free foods or drinks! Why? Read Pickled and Ready For Burial to understand!
