I see leaves turning and feel fall in the air around here and with that comes something most people never even think about!

The cold and flu season started early this year and soon it will escalate as people's immune system die slowly! That happens as summer humidity drops and more people are stuck indoors where germs slowly build up ready for to attack and if that immune system isn't strong you end up ill.

Know that the dryer winter air helps germs move more freely thereby making it risky to be in a room full of people if your immune system isn't strong.

In order to change that it scenario you will require a minerals balance, health building nutrients and a healthy digestive tract balanced in order for your immune system to be prepared for the invasion you will come in contact with. That balance means a no to slight risk of those germs being able to invade your body!

If you haven't prepared and strengthened your Immune System you can still rest easy, it's hopefully not too late... You have a few weeks to prepare your system to make this a healthy season for you and your family! Prepare and you will be awarded for keeping germs at bay!

What I watched in my twenty plus years in medical offices is that the cold and flu season usually starts within ten days of the onslaught of giving flu vaccine to thousands and then accelerates 48 hours after Halloween trick or treating. We always knew it was coming and we prepared for the onslaught of calls that we knew would start! Just as we prepared for the patients illness, you too should prepare for treating that germ warfare coming your way.

The death of the immune system becomes more severe with each holiday merriment and parties and continues for several weeks after New Years. This year the onslaught started in July with early flu vaccines being given. The third onslaught comes in November following Thanksgiving foodfest and the fourth wave after the Christmas celebrations make for stronger germfest building and continues through the New Year's celebrations.

Prepare you and your family to be free from that trend.

Start by removing the stagnant summer junk food from your body. That can be done very simply or depending on how you filled your body with junk foods, a week long detoxing cleansing if you ate a lot of sugary foods, drink sodas every day or several times a week or eat a lot prepackaged prepared or drive-thru fatty foods. If that is you you will need to do the 7-day detoxing diet...

If you aren't that much of a junk food eater or don't drink a lot of sugary drinks or eat sugary foods or a lot of fatty fried foods then here is a simple detoxing juice that is not only pleasant to taste but does its job. Detox with a delightful healthy building and detoxing juice drink.

˝ cup wheatgrass or one bunch of fresh organic parsley 
(wheatgrass is a sweeter taste.)
3 carrots
2 apples
2 stalks celery
1 beet with top


Remove apple seeds if not using Vita Mixer. Wash ingredients and cut into small pieces for juicer. If using a juicer bunch up greens (wheatgrass or parsley) and push trough the juicer with the aid of a carrot. drink two or three glasses a day for three days for best detoxing results!

Detox is an example of a "green" juice. Green juices are always great fasting juices because they help cleanse the body of pollutants, detoxify the liver and have a rejuvenating effect. 

For faster detoxing - two or three glasses only - add a liquid, powder or capsule complete 76 or 84 mineral supplement to each glass! Stay away from pill form of minerals or vitamins! The sewer plants in cities across America rake millions of pounds of undigested vitamin and mineral pills from their plant screens every month proving that the medical PDR is correct in reporting that you only absorb 10% to 20% of pill supplements.

So important to keeping germs at bay is; Washing your hands and train your family to wash hands several times a day!
