*Start your day with Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid
minerals in 4 to 6 ozs. juice. (V8, carrot, cucumber,
tomato, orange, lemon or fresh squeezed juice of your
choice.
*Salads (no iceberg lettuce it doesn't have the same
nutritional value of deep, green lettuce like green
romaine, red leaf, etc.) at least one big green salad a
day... Choose from a variety of Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts,
Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, mushrooms, Snow
Peas, Parsley, Alfalfa Sprouts are really good. - Look
for greenhouse or vine ripened tomatoes.
*Shop organic where possible to avoid pesticides and
