GARLIC ENEMA:
Garlic
enemas are used to cleanse the liver and red blood cells.
- The garlic enema is made by
crushing three medium sized cloves of FRESH garlic in a garlic press
and steeping the crushed material in a cup of hot water to which a
single drop of castile soap or Ivory dish liquid is added. Steep for
an hour. Then add distilled warm water to dilute to 1.5 to 2 quarts.
- Do a cleansing enema, which is 2-3 bags of distilled water used
consecutively.
- Then place the 1/3 of garlic solution in the enema bag, instill the
solution while lying on your right side, with both legs drawn
in close to the abdomen. Breathe deeply in order to suck in the
greatest amount of fluid into the necessary parts of the colon. It
also helps to let all of the air out of the lungs and suck the gut
in and out while in this position. After 12-15 minutes, evacuate the enema into the toilet.
Then place 1/3 more of garlic solution into enema bag and administer
while lying on your left side in the same manner as before.
Then place the final 1/3 solution into enema bag and administer while
lying on your back.
- The fluid should be retained for 12 to 15 minutes. It
helps to have a clock or watch in view. The garlic goes through the hemorrhoidal veins directly into the
portal veins and into the liver.
NOTE: This is best if preceded by a coffee enema in the
morning.
