Hi Lena.
 
You have helped me on numerous occasions and I I thank you so I trust you can do it again.
I have just been diagnosed with 'dry eyes'. That seems a misnomer since my eyes water all the time.  I'm told omega3 fatty acids will help? Is that true?
The doctor wants to cauterize my tear ducts to stop the eyes from watering too much. But I'm not sure I want to do that. Do you know of anyone that cauterizing has helped?
Any help please?

Yes, the Omega 3 fatty acids will help, but not noticeably help the dry eye problem unless you add a lot of other things to it. They will greatly contribute to helping the other organs of the body much more...

As for cauterization, if it were me I would say no. My daughter just came up with this problem and they are trying to get her to do the cauterization but she has started our Vision Formula - she us already doing the other things I recommend - and I'm confident the eyes will get better. Sadly, so many diagnoses of dry eyes is actually allergies. 

Yes, Dry eyes does sound like a misnomer with them watering so, but that is exactly the diagnoses for that condition, if allergies is not involved...  Allergies also produce watery eyes and has been known to be misdiagnosed for "dry eye syndrome". So be sure you don't have allergies creating the problem as that is a different treatment.  Being a victim of dry eyes I can tell you what has worked for me and dozens of others.
 
First - If you are not taking a balanced minerals and meganutrient vitamins you need to do that ASAP. Dry eyes as well as age related vision problems is nothing more than an imbalance of both those things and the eyes have these tiny capillaries that start to shrink and dry out causing vision problems. Of course I recommend a true balanced 84 minerals complex Life Transfusion Ionic Liquid minerals used in two ways. First week by mouth take 1/2 teaspoon mixed in carrot or V8 juice twice a day, and in an eye bath.  By mouth dose will increase for the next two weeks until you are taking 1 teaspoon twice a day!
 
Eye bath directions -Put two teaspoons of liquid minerals in a basin of warm water (1/2 gallon) ? mix well - and put your face directly into the water, making sure the eyes are submerged. Open and close the eyes 4 or 5 times under water so the minerals can be absorbed directly into the eyes. Do this morning and night or three times if the eyes are really bad.

Second - take the formula of all the herbs and nutrients to treat the eyes and bring them back into health - Vision Macular Degeneration Formula, which contains Omega3's as well as a lot of vision herbs and nutrients, 2 capsules twice a day, this give the eyes ongoing nourishment that is correcting vision all over the world...If you wear glasses don't panic when your vision seems to be fuzzy. That happens when the eyes start getting healthy and some people never wear glasses again.
 
Third - The eyes need either 30 to 45 minutes of direct sunlight a day or 10,000 IU's of vitamin D. I recommend D-3 capsule 1 capsule twice daily unless you are over 50 then you need 2 twice a day.  But if you don't exercise at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes or set under artificial light several hours a day then you need the more complex formula of D3, K1, Carotene formula 1 capsule twice a day but the over 50 applies here as well.  With so much information coming out on vitamin D these day this is very important...You don't mention being inside under lighting but most of us in the working force are, so this is extremely important to help your eyes as well as your whole body.

This protocol has helped several people with dry eye problem even those who had cataract surgery, such as me, which always produces dry eyes...

If you follow this info you will find more comfortable eyes as well as stronger vision!

A "pre-polluted baby" might sound like science fiction, but it is exactly what Environmental Working Group discovered when they did research into the umbilical cord blood of ten American babies. They found nearly 300 chemicals in their cord blood, including BPA, perchlorate, fire retardants, lead, mercury, and PCB.

Lately our news has been giving conflicting information about saving cord blood and the cord but with those chemicals I would think it wouldn't be a good thing. Also most of the things touted to be helped with cord blood and cord tissue has not happened yet and is only an idea so I think its a bit soon to pay all that money to store it for years only to find out the claims they are now making couldn't  happen.

ONE SIMPLE QUESTION

I once read that an ordinance in one of America's major cities forbids "walking about aimlessly, with no apparent purpose, lingering, hanging around, lagging behind, idly spending time, delaying, sauntering and moving slowly about."

I can't tell you how disturbed I felt. Some of my best days are spent like that.

But then, I don't want my whole life to be basically described as having "no apparent purpose...lagging behind...idly spending time...delaying" and generally moving about aimlessly. On the other hand, neither do I want to take myself too seriously. An occasional day spent doing next to nothing sounds perfectly fine.

My problem is that I am usually busy. I schedule tightly and work long hours. I plan my time and make lists.

But it would be a mistake to believe that, just because I am doing many things, I am necessarily doing the right things. Or, perhaps, the BEST things. At least if I'm busy, I want to stay busy at things that matter.

News commentator Dan Rather asked himself a vital question several times a day. Largely because of this one question, he became one of America's leading journalists. Rather wrote the question on three slips of paper. He kept one in his billfold, one in his pocket, and one on his desk. The all-important question he constantly asked himself was "Is what you are doing now helping the broadcast?"

If the answer was yes, then he continued with his work, project or idea. If the answer was no, then he stopped what he was doing and put his efforts into something else. He discovered early on that if he did not focus his time, he would end up in a job where he was under-utilized and dissatisfied.

What if you were to ask yourself a focusing question several times a day? Your question might relate to work, or perhaps to another area of your life that is important to you - family, relationships, personal development, spirituality..

You might ask yourself if what you're doing now is helping you succeed. Or if what you're doing now is helping you to be a better parent or a better person. You decide. The point is this: one simple question can focus and transform your life.

Try writing the question you choose on small slips of paper or on the back of a business card. Carry it with you. Post it on your desk. You might even affix it to a conspicuous spot inside your car.

Then read it several times a day. That one question will help you choose activities that contribute toward your best self. And if you are busy, at least you will be busy doing the right things - things that matter.

Then, if you decide to spend an occasional day walking about aimlessly, with no apparent purpose, lingering, hanging around, lagging behind, idly spending time, delaying, sauntering and moving slowly about, why not? The down time will probably do you good.
