Today's question is
submitted to me a lot but none have given me permission
to publish but thankful Gail is and I bet you or someone
you know experiences these at times if not all the time.

I am not a doctor or dentist and you should not think of
me as one!! My years observing life and health of the many
people/patients
around me and the contradictions of the
traditional medical world's idea of treating -
prescription domino effect - while watching and
also taught those same
schooled methods that aren't relieving illness but
creating far more health problems than they help is
where
my answers are based. Those same conventional medical
professionals aren't telling people how to get healthy
or how to prevent illness.
They can't as they haven't
been taught healing, only putting a bandage on symptoms, which led me to look for
something to change
that premise for myself and those
around me who ask. In looking outside the Westernized medical
profession I found and continue to
find alternatives
that really work to create health and longevity - when
adhered to - beyond anything the traditional medical
world can do...

Question:
My doctor is mystified? I have pains in my neck, leg
bones, arms and a burning in my chest and abdomen, more
on the right than the left, and he can't seem to figure
it out. Sometimes my skin feels bruised and hurts to
simply touch it but I haven't bumped it so cannot figure
out why? Doctor gave me a clean bill of health after
weeks of expensive and invasive tests, but I'm still
having the pains and I feel like I belong in a mental
institution or am I a hypochondriac? Any help will be
appreciated

ANSWER:
No Gail I doubt you are a hypochondriac nor do you
belong in a mental institution. If you were you wouldn't
bother to ask. But when everything is tested and doctor
says no problem is found, there could be a few things
more you will need to look at to find your own answers
here. It took twenty-five years to diagnose my body
pains but we will not take that long with you!
I am assuming you are not on cholesterol or blood
pressure medications. Those medications will leach the
body of minerals that will create all the symptoms you
are experiencing! If not on those medications then you
will need to become a detective?
First, look at your environment, are you living in new
surroundings that could contain toxic chemicals, such as
new furniture, carpeting, wallboard, cabinets or vinyl
flooring? If you fit into any one any of those then you
can know for sure by taking a long 4 or 6-week vacation
away from any of those things and see if the symptoms
subside.
Or have you added a new room freshener, carpet spray or
detergent in either the wash or kitchen? Have you
changed anything that gives off an odor or fumes in your
home? Be a detective. There are no tests to determine
those environmental factors, only symptoms some of which
you mention.
Also take a look at the foods you are eating! We live in
such a chemical filled society that we now eat fruits,
vegetables and meats with things in and/or on them that
present us with the possibility of problems Those
possibilities are; chemicals, hormones and/or
irradiation. Fruits and vegetables are now grown with
only three plant nutrients as their base because the
ground being so depleted; therefore food is lacking
about 81 of its normal nutrients and without those
nutrients and minerals the body will hurt.
Also if you are a heavy dairy food eater, cheese,
butter, milk, etc. that could be the culprit cause.
Diary can leach calcium from your system which can
create your symptoms.
Read "Minerals
Uses" to understand why I say minerals imbalance
created pain is important to look at.
Our fruits and vegetables are also treated with
pesticides & insecticides while in the fields and these
things cannot be totally washed off then we eat them.
Fruits and vegetables are picked green, in most
instances, then put through a chemical wash to make them
appear ripened, without the nutrient content we need but
adds more chemicals. There are no studies done
regarding the chemical washes some fruits and vegetables
are put through, so we do not know the all the results
that may come along from them.
Do you eat a lot of fast food or processed foods? If you
eat fast or prepackaged or preprocessed foods three or
four times a week and have for a long time that alone
has the risk of big problems. It creates malnourishment
and with that comes body pains. Do you eat non-organic
meats? Either chicken, turkey or beef grown
traditionally - not organically grown - are filled with
hormones and antibiotics that can also create those
symptoms...
Foods could be the catalyst to your problem. In order to
determine that you will need to keep a diary of what you
eat and the symptoms that occur within 3 to 48 hours
after eating it. To do this accurately you will need to
start an elimination diet. Eliminate the most likely
culprits such as, dairy, wheat, corn, sugar, sugar
substitutes, chocolate, sugary foods and caffeine drinks
- coffee, tea and colas - also different additives, such
as MSG, yellow and red dyes, etc.
You will need to read labels to find all the additives.
After one week of not eating the foods listed above -
stick with lots of green fresh or steamed vegetables and
brown rice - if symptoms have improved or gone away you
know one or more of those could be the culprit!
To determine which of those foods is the culprit begin
reintroducing those possible problem foods one at
a time and only every 4 or 5 days. Give your
body at least 48 hours to react. If you don't notice any
changes - congestion, body pains, headache, stomach
upset, etc. - then you're probably okay with that
particular food. If you are allergic or sensitive to one
of these foods, your symptoms may be stronger than
before. Your body will have had a chance to rest from
fighting the food and will now respond stronger than
ever. Keep detailed notes of each food and how you feel
after eliminating and then what happens after
re-introducing it within a 3 to 48 hours time frame.
Keep in mind that ingredients are often "hidden" in
foods - like eggs and/or milk in bread. Read ingredient
lists carefully. Furthermore, the various agents that
processors use in foods, such as additives,
preservatives, acidifiers, artificial flavors, and
artificial colors, can also produce an allergic
response, especially in children. Aspartame (NutraSweet,
Sweet n Low, etc.), Splenda and MSG are very common
offenders that present your symptoms, so stay away from
sugar-free foods. If there's a certain canned or
processed food you eat regularly, avoid that food while
following the elimination diet, as something in the
processing may be fueling your condition.
Once sensitivity to a certain food has been established,
double check it by omitting it from the diet for another
week. Then try reintroducing it a second time.
Experiencing adverse reactions for a second time is a
strong indication of a food allergy, and your best bet
is to avoid that food altogether or find a way of
desensitizing your system to it. My friend Dr. Wayne
Garland works with people to overcome sensitivities and
if you wish to work with him to do that, let me know.
Margarines with
Canola oil and foods cooked in Canola oil can also
produce some of your symptoms along with very thin skin
and neurological problems, such as unfounded fears of a
lot of things or just obsessing on one thing.
If after you do that and determine no sensitivities or
allergies to foods you should see a doctor who is
experienced with fibromyalgia symptoms and
have him/her check for the markers to determine if
fibromyalgia could be the culprit. Some chiropractors
have the ability to do this as well.
Sugar, fats and
sleep problems being the most common triggers for
fibromyalgia. Also some negatively respond to wheat
and/or dairy products as well.
Please readers do not write saying that you have
been told to consume a large amount of dairy for the
calcium effect. I know all that? Guess who started the
rumor that dairy was great for calcium intake, which is
an absolute fallacy! The dairy industry started that
rumor! Once upon a time that was true before
homogenization was demanded and on top of that the feed
given cows contain pesticides galore and then the
ranchers discovered that by giving dairy cows hormones
would boost the milk output. More milk more money!
Because of that milk now leaches calcium from the body
and does not add it!
The above scenarios are all overlooked by doctors when
trying to ascertain a health problem. Just because they
did not find an existing problem does not mean that
something will not appear in the future. As long as you
are experiencing these symptoms there could be a risk of
damage to an organ or system that can show up in the
future if not given the proper care.
I will say that I have had hundreds of people who
have called me with chronic pain and I asked them to do
one thing before going any further and found that the
majority found relief by simply taking

relief. Saves a lot of time
just to try it before going any further. A small
number has had to do further supplementing to correct
the problem but so many found relief that I think it

A clerk at a
Philadelphia airline counter picked up the telephone and
heard the caller ask, "How long does it take to go from
Philadelphia to Phoenix?"
She was busy with another customer just then and
intended to put the caller on hold.
"Just a minute," she replied.
As she was about to press the hold button, the caller
said, "Thank you," and hung up.
We live in an age when it seems almost anything is
possible. But a trip of a couple thousand miles in a few
minutes?
Our time is one of unprecedented change. I understand
that 2005 was the first year that there were more spam
e-mails sent than cans of Spam sold. And if you wonder
what a can of Spam is, then you see how much things have

awkward with what we're doing, maybe we are not doing
anything new. And unless we'd rather live in the past,
we'll be happiest learning to embrace this world of
change and to change and adapt along with it.
The world can still be a wonderful and exciting place to
live. Do you believe that? If so, change with the
changes. Resist your resistance to changing. Your
attitude toward change is one of the most important
measures of determining whether you can be happy.
