Healing the body requires a detoxed body in order to speed healing process in any health problem!

*DIET. Eliminate
all milk, all cheese and pizzas topped with cheese, no cream cheese bagels or cheesecake or ice-cream or butter. These are highly dangerous, full of alien hormones, antibiotics and pesticides. Convert yourself to soy milk and to tofu and tempeh.

Cleansing of the lymph system and realkalizing of the blood is of utmost importance.

THE LIFESTYLE DIET REGIMEN:

Start with the 7-day cleansing diet and once that is completed do the following:
 
*Salads (no iceberg lettuce, it doesn't have the same nutritional value of deep, green lettuce like green romaine, red leaf, etc.)
*Choose from a variety of Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts, Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas, Parsley, green beans, corn and Alfalfa Sprouts are really good.
*Look for greenhouse or vine ripened tomatoes.
*Shop organic where possible to avoid pesticides and other harmful chemicals.
*Use Barlean's Flax Seed Oil from the health food store or order online from www.barleans.com with lemon as salad dressing.
 
*Make your food simple, no fancy sauces.
Example:  A piece of grilled chicken, turkey or fish with salad and vegetables.
 
*Spice up your meals with crushed garlic, shallots, onions and herbs.
 
*Eliminate all milk from cows. No cheese. No ice cream. Switch to soy milk instead and soy butter and soy ice cream. The VitaSoy brand is our choice.
 
*At least one meal a day should be a low-glycemic protein smoothie shake with soy milk or rice milk and one tablespoon of essential fatty acids like "Udo's Choice" brand with each meal to increase fat burn and assimilation of protein. (The essential fatty acids also keep you from getting too hungry and keep the blood sugar more stable.)
 
*One or two meals a week can be 1/2 cup brown rice steamed with vegetable broth and spices and steamed veggies. Drizzle the liquid essential acids from the Barlean's over the rice and veggies.
 
*Make herb teas and purified water (not distilled water--purified water) your drinks of choice with fresh lemon squeezed into them.
 
*Veggie omelets made with egg whites and soy cheese on occasion. Remember, NO DAIRY, you are not a cow!
 
*Avoid all food that is white -- these are poison and bleached with chlorine. NO WHITE SUGAR AND NO WHITE FLOUR. (That does not mean substitute aspartame or other chemical sweeteners, Stevia works great and is natural!)
*No White Rice and bread crackers for at least the first 30 days or until your blood sugar normalizes.
*Eliminate all fried food --How did Colonel Sanders die?
* Avoid all pork, bacon, ham, sausages, pepperoni and luncheon meats/cold cuts, they are laced with chemicals and MSG. No Aspartame sugar-free foods or drinks
 
*IMPORTANT PART OF PROGRAM Exercise for 30-45 minutes every single day

All immune suppressing viral diseases live on dead and waste matter so eating as much raw fruits and vegetables is recommended!
 
For several months at least, the diet should be mostly vegetarian, no dairy of any kind no milk, cheese, ice cream or butter, low in yeast breads and saturated fats.
 
No Meats, fried foods, coffee, alcohol, salty, sugary foods and all refined foods must be eliminated.
 
Of course, all recreational, OTC or prescription drugs should be eliminated for maximum benefit.
 
The ultra purity of this diet controls the multiple allergies and sensitivities that occur in the auto-immune state with diabetes, yet still supplies the needs of a body that is suffering primary, nutrient deprivation.
 
For most people, this way of eating is a radical change, with major limitations, but the health improvement is invariably spectacular and nearly immediate.

MEALS THAT HEALS RECIPES

 

MIRACLE POTASSIUM BROTH.

....

 

For a 2-day supply.

 

Cover in a large soup pot:

*4 carrots.

*2 red potatoes with skin.

*1 onion, quartered.

*2 stalks celery.

*1/2 bunch parsley.

*1/2 head red cabbage.

*1/2 bunch broccoli.

*Clove garlic, crushed.
Add Filtered/purified water to about an inch above veggies.

Simmer, do not boil, for 30 minutes.

Add two teaspoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos from the health food store for seasoning.

 

Add to blender and puree.

 

Have 8 ounce cup of this once a day.

HEALTHY MARY COCKTAIL TONIC.

 

For 4 drinks.

 

*3 cups purified or bottled water.

*2 large tomatoes.

*1 green onion with tops.

*1 slice green pepper.

*1 stalk celery.

*1/2 spring fresh parsley.

*1 tablespoon crumbled, dry sea vegetables from health food store. Or 1 teaspoon Kelp or Dulse powder.

 

Put in blender and whisk for 15 seconds.

NON-DAIRY MORNING PROTEIN DRINK.

 

For 2 drinks.

 

*1 cup strawberries or Kiwi Fruit, sliced.

*1 banana, sliced.

*1 cup Papaya or Pineapple, chunked.

*8ozs soft tofu or 1 cup Amazake Rice Drink from health food store.

*2 tablespoons maple syrup.

*1 cup organic apple juice.

*1 teaspoon vanilla.

*1 tablespoon toasted Wheat Germ from health food store.

*1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder.

 

Put in blender and whisk for 15 seconds.

INCREDIBLY HIGH-CALCIUM RICH SOUP.

 

*2 Quarts soy milk.

*1 Standard package of watercress or one large bunch.

*1 Large red potato with skin.

*3 Small chopped shallot onions.

*1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.

*6 Vegetarian bouillon cubes.

*1 Clove garlic, crushed.

--Mince and saute the shallots in the olive oil in a large pot to caramelize.

–Add soy milk and bring to simmer, light boil.

–Slice the potato and course chop the watercress.

–Add the bouillon cubes.

–Add potato and watercress, simmer for 15 minutes.

–Puree the mixture through a food processor or blender.

Add salt, pepper and Bragg's Liquid Aminos to taste.

SHIITAKE MUSHROOM MISO SOUP.

 

According to Joseph Forest, food consultant and editor of Cooking Vegetarian, the following soup is "packed with therapeutic action from the olive oil, onions, garlic, miso and most notably, the shiitake mushrooms." These meaty, woodsy flavored mushrooms have long been recognized for their immunity boosting, anti-viral and anti-tumor properties.

 

 

* ½ lb fresh shiitake mushrooms (12 medium sized).

* ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.

* 1 small onion, diced.

* 4 cloves garlic, crushed.

* ½ teaspoon dried thyme.

* ½ teaspoon dried marjoram.

* 4 cups purified/filtered water.

* 1 cube vegetable bouillon.

* 4 tablespoons miso paste.

* ½ cup chopped fresh parsley.

 

-Remove stems from the mushrooms and clean caps with damp cloth. (Keep the stems for stock)> Cut mushroom caps in half, and then cut into thin strips.

 

-Saute the mushrooms, onions, garlic, thyme and marjoram in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, stir frequently.

 

-Add the water and vegetable bouillon bring to a light boil. Cover, reduce heat and lightly simmer for 12 minutes.

 

-Place miso in small bowl. Add ½ cup of soup liquid and stir until smooth.

 

-Take pot off heat and stir in the miso. Add parsley and adjust seasoning.

 

-Heat on low/medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour into bowls and serve.

 

Have this at least 3 times a week. Flavor with Bragg's Liquid Aminos if necessary.
