NON-DAIRY MORNING PROTEIN SMOOTHIE DRINK.

 

Enough for 2 drinks.

 

*1 cup strawberries or kiwi fruit or cantaloupe/honey melon, sliced.

*1 banana, sliced.

*1 cup Papaya, Mango or Pineapple, chunked.

*8ozs soft tofu (VitaSoy or Nasoya brands are best) from health food store.

*2 tablespoons pure maple syrup.

*1 cup organic apple juice.

*1 teaspoon vanilla.

*1 tablespoon toasted Wheat Germ, from health food store.

*1 tablespoon Lecithin granules.

*1 teaspoon Brewer's Yeast powder.

*1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder.

 

Put in blender and whisk until smoothie consistency and chunks gone!
