unopened, unused products with safety seals still intact, may be
returned within 60 days of the purchase date.

damaged in shipping - return product in a secure package and your
return shipping charges will be applied to your credit card and
exchange product shipped when product received in warehouse.

defects from workmanship and may only be returned for
replacement/exchange if the product is defective.
