*Any of two or more of these

undiagnosed until the thyroid is grossly out of sync and problems arise!
Here is a
simple test to help you determine if your thyroid is healthy or not!
- You will need an oral
thermometer and a note pad and pen.
-
Place the thermometer, pad and pen on your night table by your bedside
Take your temperature before you go to bed. Write it
down.
Upon awakening immediately and before you get out of bed or stir around much Take
your temperature and write it down.
Do this for five days. At
the end of that five days balance the morning temperatures by adding up
all morning temperatures and divide by 5.
If your temperature is lower than 97.8º
- providing your night temp. is at least 98.7º
or above
- it's a good indication that your thyroid
is under functioning...
NOTE: This test
will not necessarily show a hyperactive thyroid, except in a few people an
abnormally high temperature when awakening may or may not indicate
such...
This is a simple test that Dr. Whitaker and a few other
alternative practicing physicians has patients use to check the thyroid,
and has been shown to be more accurate than thyroid function blood
tests, which may not show that your thyroid is not functioning
properly until it is really not working for quite sometime...
