THYROID REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM REPAIR AND REBUILDING REGIMEN!


THE PROGRAM: Along with the supplements you should follow Diet changes and a daily exercise program - listed below - that have shown quite dramatic effect on all thyroid/immune gone wild symptoms, particularly the bone, joint and tissue pain that mimics Arthritis in the body. The overall diet should be 60%-70% fresh, raw or lightly steamed foods and no red meat, chicken or pork. Most people have to avoid "nightshade" plants such as tomatoes, white potatoes, eggplant.

No tobacco or drugs, medicinal or recreational!

FOOD IS MEDICINE AND THE FOLLOWING WILL ASSURE FASTER HEALING AND BETTER SUCCESS!

ELIMINATE all refined/packaged/preprocessed, junk food, sugar, Diet sodas or any diet food. 

ELIMINATE all dairy, ice cream and cheese is essential to the protocol's success. Diet recommendations are made later in this document and must be followed explicitly.

ELIMINATE all white flour pastas, pastries, crackers and white bread! Whole Wheat, rice or

Exercise (fast walking will suffice) is necessary on a daily basis every single day.  10 minute Brisk Sweat Inducing Walking immediately after eating three times a day or a morning of 30 to 45 minute brisk walking…
You may not be able to start at that rate but if you can only do 5 minutes and increase it by a minute each day until you can do so! The exercise program alone has shown dramatic reversal of all symptoms within 3 weeks as it boosts circulation, oxygenation of the tissues and overall immune system strength and function, which will boost the thyroid and reproductive systems.


The 3 Month Recovery Diet.

For The First 5 Days:
--On rising take a 2 to 6 ounce glass of purified/filtered/bottled water with liquid thyroid iodine. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 15 minutes.

BREAKFAST have a large bowl of Potassium Broth (recipe supplied) with Bragg's Liquid Aminos for seasoning. (Take herbal formulas as directed)

MIDMORNING have a glass of black cherry juice (get from health food store or order online at www.vitacost.com ) with LIQUID BALANCED MINERAL COMPLEX (6 drops per glass added). Alternate every other day with a Barley Green drink -  (from health food store).

For LUNCH have a cup of miso soup (from health food store or Oriental market) with 6 liquid mineral added and a whole grain piece of toast and a small chopped spinach salad. (Take herbal formulas as directed)

MIDAFTERNOON Snack; have another glass of GREEN drink with 6 drops of minerals added. Alternate with a mug of MILK THISTLE TEA (from health food store).

DINNER - have another Potassium Broth or steamed veggie with 3 tablespoons BARLEAN'S FLAX SEED OIL to 1 Tablespoon lemon juice with garlic, sea salt, lemon pepper, etc. for dressing. (Get Barlean’s Flax Seed Oil at the health food store or online ); OR steamed tofu with black beans and brown rice;
OR a veggie casserole OR large bowel of brown rice with steamed or stir fried Oriental Vegetables
OR get the CASCADIAN FARMS brand of foods from the health food store and have one of those for variety. (Take Formulas as directed)

BEFORE BED take a glass of celery juice or a cup of ORGANIC GOURMET brand Savory Spread yeast extract broth; or a cup of miso soup of your choice. (Take formulas as directed)

The above 5-day program will cleanse the body and the tissues and also, alkalize the blood which is vital to recovery.

Then follow with a special 4 week program as follows:

On rising from bed;
take a glass of purified/filtered/bottled water with the juice of a whole lemon or a whole, fresh grapefruit squeezed into it .

BREAKFAST  have a large glass of cranberry grape or papaya juice and a bowl of fresh berries, ie; cherries, bananas, strawberries, fresh pineapple. (Take herbal Formulas as directed)

MIDMORNING have a big bowl of Potassium Broth (found in Meals That Heals attached) with 6 drops of liquid mineral added OR a large glass of carrot and beet juice with half teaspoon LIFE TRANSFUSION LIQUID MINERAL COMPLEX added.

LUNCH have a large, dark green salad with lemon and Barlean's Flax Seed Oil for dressing and/or a hot veggie broth or onion soup and marinated tofu or tempeh in black bean chili sauce. (Take herbal Formulas as directed)

MIDAFTERNOON have a cup of miso soup with dry sea vegetables crumbled into it or a large glass GREENS drink and 6 drops liquid minerals added or a mug of MILK THISTLE  or FENNEL TEA with black honey with  a couple of mineral drops
.
DINNER have a Chinese greens salad with mushrooms, chilies and sesame seed oil dressing OR a large dinner salad with soy cheese, nuts, tamari dressing and a cup of black bean OR miso soup OR steamed vegetables with flax seed oil dressing and brown rice with Bragg's Liquid Aminos (get at health food store) for seasoning. (Take herbal Formulas as directed)

BEDTIME – 1 hour before bedtime - have a 8 ounce cranberry or black cherry juice drink OR a cup of miso soup with dry sea vegetables crumbled into it.

(Keep a large glass of purified water by your bed as your body will now start craving water during the night as it detoxifies.)

After 5 weeks, if you follow instructions well, your body and your blood will be totally purified with this diet.
Overall diet for the next six months, or until free of symptoms for a full three months.

 40% to 60% of every meal should consist of raw vegetables and fruits, with whole grains and NO white flour products of any kind! Stick with Whole Wheat, rice or Quinoa flour products!
