According to researchers you are likely to be deficient in minerals and vitamins in many areas of you body
simply because our foods no longer contain the balanced required and our
body cannot manufacture them regardless of how great your diet is!
What happens when you supplement daily minerals and vitamins?

Ames and his group also came to the conclusion that a minimum of
60% of the population are mineral and vitamin deficient! This should be no surprise if people were paying attention to the naturopaths, acupuncturists and holistic physicians for the last three decades. The government way back in 1936 said this day was coming!
So have you taken you minerals and vitamins today? Even if you did and they are in pill form the chances are high that you are still deficient simply because pill form is not well digested!
